I have stayed here twice and it has never disappointed me. This is definitely the condo you want to rent is very safe. Staff is amazing clean the pool. Stay open really late for the kids. I love it.

We had a GREAT TIME! Our room was very clean and as advertised! We would definitely stay here again! There were very little restaurants around the area, we had to go across the island to find things open after 5pm.

We could not get clean linens for 2 hours after calling the main desk. They told us the linens were in the dryer. Seriously? You don't have extras?

The room and bathroom are very nice, clean, new. Bed is extremely comfortable and the view from the room and property is beautiful.

This is my second time visiting ST.THOMAS & my second time staying at Blue Beards Castle… the only thing missing from this place is the beach other than that it’s perfect!!!

Property is in excellent condition but the service is terrible. They basically ignore you, to get someone to help you is a challenge. The waiter in the morning service at the restaurant was super rude we left after waiting 30 minutes. Terrible service at checkin too.

We definitely plan to come back. Wasn’t over crowded. We had a wonderful time and it was extremely relaxing. Our room was very nice. And updated. Good drinks and food was tasty.

The room was clean. Unfortunately, it is VERY easy to hear your neighbors.
I was surprised to see the pool deck was filthy everyday with dirt.
Despite there being a “no music” sign at the pool, several people played loud music. I am not sure why the rule was not enforced.

Property and rooms where good. Great view from our room. I had an issue getting clean towels on my third day of my stay. I followed their instruction to put dirty towels in provided bag. Call the front desk to tell them my towels where outside and needed nee ones. Came back from my day at the beach to find the same dirty towels still there. Called the front desk to let them know we still needed towels. He called back and said housekeeping brought new towels already. I informed him that the same dirty towels were still there from earlier. He insisted new towels were brought already. There was a back and forth between us I just ended up walking to the front desk. He still was insisting towel were brought I informed him once again the dirty towels where still out front of my door. I told him housekeeping was giving him incorrect information. Final the lady working beside him at the desk told me she would get me towels. She did bring a few towels but not what was suppose to be brought as the previous day. The next day when I was leaving the room the same dirty towels were still sitting there in the bag on ground outside my door. It was just a big hassle and when ended up missing our dinner reservation as well. Also I had read other reviews saying if you book with expedia they would put you on the first floor. Which is what happened to us too. Just weird issues to deal with and wouldnt stay there again.

The facility is very nice. Room was great and had a wonderful view. And there's an amazing view from the pool area. I don't know if they have any rooms with 2 beds though- so limiting if travelling with a family. There's a bed and a pull out couch. I emailed the property through expedia about 10 days prior to arrival and never heard back. The front desk staff were generally pretty grumpy. It is not a particularly walkable area at all- so lots of taxi rides - but I think that is the norm for the island and not unique to this facility.
