The staff were pleasant and professional. Parking is costly but that seems to be the trend for area. The room was fine but hallway noise and slamming neighboring doors were very noticeable. Expect to be charged for WiFi if you aren’t a Marriott Bonvoy member. A beach chair with umbrella will cost you $45 dollars a day.

I stay at this hotel each time I go to Florida, very convenient to shops and dining, the free trolley takes us where ever we need to go , the pool and Beach is amazing
Everything was great, but in the coffee shop (little shop on way to pool) the coffee should not be a light roast ( SB breakfast blend) but a medium or dark roast - something that actually has flavor
Did not like the outdated rooms and not fully cleaned. The main lobby smelled wet & moldy . I did like the access to the Beach .

Place was great, the only downside was on Sunday when a lot of outsiders came to stay at the pool and beach area than it got a little uncomfortable for family pleasure I think they should be more restricted on outsiders coming in into the property besides that everything was great!

Excellent place to stay. Fabulous location, pool and beach. I do wish they had a band or karaoke/trivia in the bar at night. And perhaps, a bar or food accessible on the beach. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great location close to the action in Spring Break, but plenty of beach space when Clearwater was packed with people. Only disappointment was that our two queen bed room was given away leading to us having to switch to a king size with a rollaway bed. The rollaway beds are not comfortable for a teen or adult.

I liked being on the beach next to a state park which made for a more private, less crowded and touresty experience. I liked that it was just a short walk to the center of the action at Clearwater Beach, but the hotel was removed from the chaos. The complementary breakfast each day was really good!

This was a great property. Staff super friendly. Everything went as it should. Restaurants in the hotel and pretty good places within walking distance. Mediterranean and Cuban restaurant down the road were great. Hotel room walls, doors a little thin. Was a little noisey. People slamming doors all hours. Talking in the hall was heard inside the room. Beach was great. Coffee delicious in the hotel store.

The walls are very thin, didn’t sleep well because could hear other guests a lot. Bathroom should have a sliding door since it’s so narrow & vanity is behind the door.

Beautiful hotel - disappointed them at the fitness center was closed for our entire trip
Also the cleaning person did an excellent job but forgot little things like restocking the hand soap and TP

Pool and the beach areas were great. Nice feature is the golf cart that takes you to the beach. Helped not having to walk our stuff to the beach. Concierge staff was very helpful along with the staff in the market.
