Wonderful view of the Intracoastal Waterway
Very Clean! Convenient location. Large covered porch with lovely views of birds and boats on the Intracoastal waterway. The water park is ideal for families with a short walk to the beach. This unit is tastefully decorated. The negatives were queen beds sunk a bit and those pillows were flat. Rugs in the main living area need to be replaced. Additional cooking utensils needed. Would rent again if those items are taken care of. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo with a view of pelicans and dolphins
The condo was great, just as pictured with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids with a beautiful view of the water, birds, and dolphins. More than enough towels and kitchen items, soap, etc as advertised. Mid February weather was warm enough for the water park and the beach, plenty of people yet not a lot of waiting. The 2nd floor was convenient to the water park and we preferred to walk up altho the elevator was available.

Location and Waterpark
We really enjoyed our stay at James' condo in Splash Harbour. A few key things to note. The room has a view of the intercoastal, this is a huge plus in my opinion. We did not see any dolphins but we saw a manatee one morning! The location to the beach, two blocks, makes this property very convenient if you want to come back for lunch or walk down for the sunset, it is right there. House also had all the things you need for the beach (chairs/umbrella/toys/etc). Finally the waterpark - if you are traveling with kids, this is the best part. It's perfect for after the beach, the waterslides are great, the lazy river is fun, and the pool is nice. It was definitely the highlight for our 8 year old, and the 11 and 13yr old also had fun there. James was a great host and highly recommend.

Great Place With Kids
This property is connected to a water park, close to the beach and many restaurants, and has a beautiful view of the water. Highly recommend for families, we traveled in and never got back in a car until we were headed back to the airport. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and our stay was very relaxing.

Great waterpark
Our kids loved the waterpark! The beach is a little further than we hoped with toddlers and parking in the garage is difficult, but there is plenty at the waterpark. Any questions were answered quickly and the condo had plenty of linens and extras. The only thing we bought were papertowels. There was plenty of beach towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo for our family of 6. It was very clean!

Family Beach Getaway
This condo was perfect in every way for our beach vacation - a short walk to the beach for my husband and I and the pool/water park for my teenage boys. The condo itself was very clean, check in was a breeze and the property well equipped for our stay. Enjoyed coffee on the patio overlooking the Intracoastal every morning and within Walking distance to many restaurants. We ended up renting a car so that we could visit other attractions and there was no problem with parking. It is a beautiful area that we would visit again.

Great place for vacation
The place was awesome, if you want to just stay around the unit everything is close by. Very clean and everything you need. Also a wagon and toys and chairs for the beach. Enough room for 8. We will consider next time we vacation in this area.

Comfortable stay at a great location!
My family and I had a great stay here. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The layout was excellent. The parking in the garage worked well and the laundry in the unit was fantastic. There wasn’t a ton of extras in the kitchen, but the basics were there. The location of the unit couldn’t have been better. We walked everywhere the entire week - shops, bars, restaurants, and of course the beach!! And the passes to the pool area were a great bonus. The kids had a wonderful time and so did my husband and I! I would highly recommend this rental!!

Great location. Two short blocks walking to the beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Nice view to the marina. Just missing a closet/door mirror to check yourself before heading out 😉 Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We appreciate your feedback. There is a large mirror over each sink in each one of the bathrooms that is approx. 4 foot wide and 3 foot tall.

We had a wonderful stay at this location! It provided all we needed and more! It was enough space for our family of 5, provided all amenities we needed, was clean, the waterpark was fun, communication was perfect and we even saw dolphins from the deck! We would choose this site again!

We came from South Carolina for our weekly family vacation and has a blast! The property was exactly as described. It was very clean, kitchen was stocked with nice pots and pans, utensils and plates, bowls, etc. Sheets and towels were good quality. Loved having a washer and dryer to be able to do laundry before leaving for home. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be back.

Lovely Beach Condo
This is a BEAUTIFUL condo in a great location. It was a comfortable and well-equipped unit for 2 adults + 3 kids. Only a 5 minute walk to CVS and restaurants, less than 10 minute walk to the beach, and less than 10 minute drive to the grocery store. The back porch had great furniture and was fun to hang out on during the evening and watch the bay. The water park was a total hit with our kids! Our only complaint was the sub-par quality of the cookware & knives…. however, that has been the case with almost every VRBO we’ve stayed in.

Beautiful condo. Exactly as stated on VRBO. Comfortable beds, walking distance to the beach & some restaurants. Owners very responsive & packed the place with many items we usually have to buy.. Best place to stay with your family
I have stayed in many condos/resorts but this one was far one of the BEST ones I have stayed. The rooms were clean, view from the balcony was so beautiful! There is a patio furniture out in balcony where we sat and enjoyed the view while drinking coffee, eating breakfast, and did some remote working. It was so nice that we actually did not want to leave the room! The Host, Mr James was so attentive, he made sure we made it in and any minor issue we had (with cable channel) he responded quickly and guided us on how to fix the issue. We have 2 (spoiled) teenagers daughters who are not easily amused/pleased, but they absolutely loved the room which had their own tv, their own beds and best of all their own bathroom. Although I have older kids, we all enjoyed the water park and the pool. The place is perfectly located around everything!. Beach is literally across the street, took my slow walker 2 min, there are few restaurants, ice cream shop, cvs, beach rentals within walking distance. We absolutely enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back!

Nice stay in a basic 2bd by the beach!
James was very helpful with renting the property and helping us get in and out, as well as accommodating earlier arrival and later check out times. The unit is great for a family and has mostly everything that you need for a nice beach stay. The water park is a great option if you’re traveling with kids and the beach is beautiful and super close. We loved having restaurants so close by (especially Crabby’s) and felt good without even renting a car (we did Uber to a Publix to stock up for our stay). The apartment is clean tidy but some of the rugs could use updating, but that’s a minor flaw. The balcony overlooking the water is beautiful!

Amazing property and hosts!
We can not thank James and Stacey enough for sharing this amazing condo with us! The property is clean and the unit is so welcoming. The owners really added so many extra touches. Since we traveled by plane and didn't rent a vehicle we didn't have the necessary beach items so it was so great to have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, toys etc to use while we were there. The balcony was our favorite part. We even got to see dolphins swimming by on our first day there! The water park was wonderful for the kids (and the Rum Shack was a nice bonus for the adults). We dined at Jimmy's, Slyce, Crabby Bills, and Guppy's....all were excellent choices. I would highly recommend this property! I know we will look to return in the future. Thanks again!

Family Vacation
Our family came for a spring break vacation. The check in process went very smoothly & James was very easy to communicate with. The location of the condo is great, close to the beach & restaurants. We enjoyed the pool & water park very much. Unfortunately we were disappointed in a few things. Other reviews mentioned how clean the condo was but that wasn’t the case when we arrived. The floors & rugs both needed to be cleaned, along with the living room furniture which was very stained. The bathroom towels were thin & rough & the wash clothes provided were for a kitchen not a bathroom. There was also only 1 laundry pod so we had to buy those which were supposed to be provided. So while we enjoyed the property itself, the overall cleanliness is not what we were expecting.

Family spring break
My family and I had a great time staying at this condo! Everything was clean and exactly as described. We are a family of seven with kids ranging from 1 to 9. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including a pack and play, kids dishes, the water park pool, ample beach toys, and the beautiful patio to enjoy relaxing on.… We even saw a few dolphins a couple of the days. Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful place to stay. If we decide to come back, we will definitely stay here again. James was a great host and helped us out when we left and my husband realized he left his wallet on the fridge!

The condo was in beautiful condition. The back deck became our favorite place to watch the ships coming in and see the dolphins swimming. Each of the beds were very comfortable. The condo had almost everything we needed for our trip which was great for packing. The short walk to the beach was very easy. We usually stay beachfront but my children actually preferred the inter coastal view .

Perfect!
The unit was just as described in the listing. The balcony view was a huge plus as you could watch the boats and bay. We brought a few beach towels because we didn’t know how many would be there but you don’t need any. They are plenty of them and they are very nice beach towels. You really do not need to bring anything extra as shampoo and conditioner and body wash was all provided which is a huge plus if you fly like we did. We did use the water park one morning with the kids age 8 and 9. We only stayed a few hours as it was starting to fill up and we just felt more comfortable with Covid away from people as much as possible. But if you go early morning or late afternoon those seemed to be the best times for less crowds. You can walk to several things such as food and shops. We used the CVS and there is also a beach shop very close. The beach walk was about a 5-10 min walk with the kids but the wagon was a huge plus and there is even a cooler to use. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids and the boogie boards were a huge hit. We planned to buy some when we got there but there are some in the closet already to use. We try and visit this area every few years and this is a place we would definitely go back to! Thanks James and Stacey for everything. You were very easy to work with and helped with all our questions.

I can’t say enough about how good this condo and it’s location is. The unit is beautiful, clean and comfortable!! It’s connected to the water park so if you have kids that’s a big plus. The location is in walking distance to fabulous restaurants, wine bars, the beach and a CVS that carries everything including souvenirs. You can’t go wrong with this gem. I will definitely come back.
