First room, was dirty and trim was all falling off the wall. Window was unlocked on the first floor. Then turned on the TV, it didn't work. Went to the desk. She switched our rooms rather annoyed with us. The 2nd room was also dirty, window was slightly open and had no lock on the first floor. Went back to the desk. The girl acted like we were making stuff up. Switched rooms again. Finally got in the 3rd room, still dirty, holes in the walls. Burn marks in the bed spread. Staff was rude. Also, had to lock the door with a coat hanger because the door wouldn't lock. No food or breakfast was offered because of construction. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Parking was limited. Find any other hotel to stay in other than this one or a bridge.

Staff were very friendly, good communication , and helpful! We walked over an Italian restaurant a few minutes away on foot and got caught in a rainstorm. The hotel airport shuttle graciously offered to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel . This generous kindness was VERY much appreciated!!

Being renovated. Bits of construction materials in hall. I was given a room with flourescent tubes on the bed and the bathroom exhaust fan on the bathroom floor. Otherwise clean, but ask to see the room first.

Very poor quality accommodations. Duct tape on the bathroom mirror, dried paint all over the window, very stained bead spreads. Thankfully the sheets at least smelled clean. I do NOT recommend.

My sheets were dirty and smelled. They must have been very used to smell like this. The bed was very uncomfortable. A local told me that a lot of crime happens at this hotel and to not leave my room. I couldn’t turn on the A/C unit because it smelled so bad. The filter must not ever get changed. I couldn’t get out of this hotel fast enough and would have switched to a new hotel if my payment wasn’t already final when I arrived.

Run down. Noisy. Window faced a parking lot and cars right outside the window. A/C was inconsistent. Asked for a wake up call and was told “the phones are broken” so they couldn’t do that.

There's no arguing that this place is good value for the money when you're just looking for a quick overnight stop on the way to the airport. We chose it because we booked long term parking through Global and it was the most cost effective. The rooms are very large and well-appointed but the building itself looks tired. We didn't notice it but we overheard another guest complaining that the car cleaners at the Hertz rental place next door blared loud music all night long and kept her awake. The shuttle is very reliable and the driver is great. he passed out cards at the end of the run and told us to call him when we arrived back in St. Louis, where to meet him and when to call (after we had cleared immigration and baggage).

Nice people working front desk. Room was dirty when we checked in. Bathroom toilet ran all the time. The sink was extremely dirty. No way it could be missed someone cleaning room.

Other than the room smelling like smoke and pot, the phone and clock did not work. The majority of the other guests looked like they were there for one night to smoke pot in their rooms, hang out in the hallways to get out of the 30 degree weather. Wont stay there again.

Playing it safe has a price to pay!
Booked this for price and location. We had to be at the airport early in the am. The weather was snowy. We also parked our vehicle for our vacation here under global parking. They are rehabbing many rooms. There was noise, most of the night coming from the second floor. (Sounded like someone was dribbling a basketball) Being so close to the airport, planes taking off was another constant sound. They do have a shuttle to take you to the airport. It starts at 4:30 am. We had to call a Lyft, as we needed to be there earlier. The people working there were very nice. They do have a breakfast included. We had to cut out before that. The monetary price was on the lower end, thanks to this app. Overall, giving the same issues, we would put up with the negatives. Beats getting in a wreck, car trouble or whatever else in the commute to here.

Be aware if you’re booking this motel for the airport shuttle! They max out at 8 ppl and only run every half hour. They don’t make any exceptions or accommodations! We ended up getting a Uber.. as for the rooms, the pillows are like little cubes and the beds hard…
