Summary:
Cielo Vista (Heavenly View) is a hilltop Villa constructed in 2005 that fuses Latin-style flooring with clean white plaster and rich mahogany wood accents. Immerse yourself in the owners’ designed aesthetic, own handiwork, and unique layout as you find yourself drawn to the awe-inspiring views from the pool deck that captures the Caribbean Sea, the dynamic sunsets, and the sights and sounds that will be a highlight of every stay.

The Space:
Upon entering the front door to the villa is the central hub; the two-story lofted Great Room devised to take advantage of the gentle Caribbean breeze and energetic natural light. The main space provides various seating arrangements and ample lighting while creating a seamless flow of indoor-outdoor living.  The loft is complete with a queen bed that has a catwalk leading to a private second-story deck. The Great Room is flanked by two private bedrooms featuring king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms consisting of dual-sink vanities and roomy, spa-inspired showers that tout panoramic Caribbean views. 

Cielo Vista is complete with a fully-equipped kitchen intentionally positioned to face into the Great Room, allowing the chef and all their helpers to enjoy the view and partake in social gatherings as they make their preparations. Opposite the kitchen, across the Great Room, is the large screened-in outdoor veranda; a place of easy comfort ideal for relaxing, reading, and dining. The veranda borders the private pool, perfect for sunbathing, sunset viewing, and libations while surrounded by lush tropical flora.

Guest Access:
The property Manager, BookVI, will greet you at the villa for check in. If you are renting a vehicle from us, arrangements can be made to assist with your transportation to the Villa depending on party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the island.

Located on Gift Hill.

Getting Around:
We always suggest renting a 4x4 vehicle while on St. John. Please reach out to BookVI to inquire about villa vehicle availability or request assistance with vehicle rental.

Other Things to Note:
There is a studio apartment down below that can be added on for an additional nightly fee. It has its own kitchen and private bathroom. It is not rented to separate guests and will remain vacant if you do not choose the add on.

Perfect set up!
We loved this property and would definitely go back! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The screened in patio was amazing for meals and lounging. The pool was just perfect and the views were outstanding! The two bedrooms are air conditioned and have connected bathrooms. They are on opposite sides of the living space which was great for privacy. The loft is not air conditioned but that worked fine for our 6 year old with multiple fans. Great kitchen, washer and dryer. The host was present when we arrived and available by text as needed. 5 minutes to Cruz Bay and 10 minutes to beaches.

Easy Location with Terrific Spaces
We were a family of five-three generations which included a one-year-old. The attention paid to us to ensure our overall happiness was outstanding. We had a three-day downpour and the house has lots of seating options (fairly unusual) which made the at- home parts of our stay really fun. Lost power for an hour or two during the storm and the generator kicked in nicely. Brandon checked in to see that all was well. The house was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, beach gear and entertainment. Loved all the reading options. The views are sensational, the pool refreshing and the driveway spacious and level. A bonus which is seldom mentioned and hard to find in an island house! Also an easy in and out to Cruz Bay and North Shore beaches. Highly recommend!

We were not new to the Caribbean but were new to St. John's Island. We spent a fair amount of time exploring various properties but ended up settling in with Book VI's property and we were sure glad that we did! Not only was the property all that we had hoped for, but the staff and their exceptional service and support were an unexpected bonus. We most definitely will be repeating our trip to St John's Island and will be using Book VI!

The views are beyond amazing, the house had everything we could want including a screened-in porch with views, the pool is a treat, and the rooms are so comfortable. The location is an easy short drive from everywhere you want to go. The property managers were extremely nice and helpful, especially Brandon and Ashley. Highly recommended!

Great Trip, Wonderful Views from the house, plenty of room and the property management was amazing. They reached out multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything and when a hurricane was getting close they did a great job of comminating what was going on and what expect which AMAZING couldn't have asked for more in the situation (luckily it missed the island). It is a 2 bedroom with a loft, not a true 3 bedroom but that did not affect us at all as there was only 4 of us. views from the rooms, the kitchen, the deck, the pool, were great.

We had an excellent stay with zero issues. Check in was smooth and they provided lots of great tips for our trip. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The screened in patio area and pool deck had tons of seating and amazing views. Great location just 8 minutes from Cruz bay but up on the hill for a more peaceful setting. This house was perfect for two couples on a family trip. It was minutes from cruz bay and right on a main road for easy access to many of the beaches and sights you’ll want to visit. The two main bedrooms were air conditions. The bathrooms were large and equipped with double vanities. The pool and deck area were to die for. The pool was perfect for relaxing and also a welcome oasis for when my nephews would visit after the beach. We grilled out there twice catching an AMAZING VIEW of the island sunset. We would gladly return to this paradise again if lucky enough!

A beautiful home located in paradise. Extremely helpful management. They met us at the ferry and even took our luggage back to the house so we would have time to have dinner and grocery shop before settling in. Could not have been more perfect.

Beautiful view, pool and decks. No AC in main living / kitchen area which can make it very hot in July. Who wants to be bathed in sweat while cooking in a vacation home at this price point? Advertised to sleep 6-8 but only priced for 2 guests. VRBO should ban this deceptive practice that added on high “Additional Guest Fees” for a family of 4. Three additional cars in driveway made it difficult for us to park.

The house has a great set up we had very private rooms yet all together! Kids loved the loft area; pool was great and kitchen very well stocked with anything you need for cooking! We felt very safe and comfortable- sunsets every night & rainbows in the morning just spectacular view!! Perfect location between Cruz bay and coral bay! We loved it!! My daughters 40th was perfect! Deb was wonderful picking us up and showing us the house at check in!
