Located in exclusive Point Rendezvous, Arco Iris boast panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea that will take your breath away. Your mornings will never be the same once you experience the Sunrise over stunning Fish Bay.

This striking Villa offers a chance to “get away from it all” but is just ten minutes from the amazing dinning, shopping and activities of Cruz Bay and only fourteen minutes from the Northshore Beaches.

Arco Iris features three equal-size king bedrooms with air conditioning. Each room has en-suite bathrooms, individual balconies/patio and fabulous views of Fish Bay. You will also enjoy the private indoor/outdoor showers that allow you to gaze into the Caribbean.

The fully air conditioned large open-concept great room and kitchen takes entertaining to a new level. Four sets of sliding glass doors frame the room allowing you to admire the view from anywhere in the room. A wide covered balcony wraps the great room creating true indoor/outdoor living spaces. You will look forward to sharing meals on the balcony while soaking in the ambiance.

A 10 x 20 saltwater chlorinated swimming pool featuring a 6-foot-long swim up seating bench is the centerpiece of the tiled outdoor-patio. This spacious area is furnished with chaise loungers, a comfortable conversation seating set and an outdoor Ping Pong Table for your entertainment.

You'll find an assortment landscaping including many palms growing on this remarkable property.

For your convenience, a large closet contains beach chairs, coolers, a beach umbrella and an assortment of masks and snorkels.

Easy access driveway with turnaround and ample parking spaces awaits your arrival.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. We enjoyed the house and porch and view so much that we didnt even go anywhere but the grocery store to get food for dinner for several days. It is a super nice area of the island and co Venice to Star market, Cruz bay, restaurants and the beautiful beaches (if you feel like leaving the house).

Great views great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at Arco Iris. The views are beautiful and pool and the villa are very private. It’s a quick 10 minute drive into town just be careful on the hilly roads especially driving on the opposite side then in the US. The indoor/outdoor style shower in the master is the most spectacular view! We went to different beaches every morning but often enjoyed getting takeout for dinner and eating on the outdoor porches and also sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Sunsets every morning were picture perfect.

House is beautiful, well-stocked and has great spaces for 3 couple to spread out. We had an issue with one shower, which was resolved super quickly by the property manager, Eric. FYI, all bedrooms open externally and aren’t connected to the main living room/kitchen. Not a big deal, but I just didn’t feel like that was clear from the listing and was surprised upon arriving. Takes a little extra work to lock up when coming and going. But I think this is common on the island. Some construction going on nearby during the day which was fairly noisy, so if you’re planning on relaxing/ napping during the day, be aware. But that should be temporary. Thanks for a great trip!

Great house, will be back
Spent 8 days at Arco Iris with our two young 20s kids. We all loved the house. The layout was great with the bedrooms all like separate hotel rooms. Amazing views, loved sitting on the deck and watching turtles in the bay and iguanas by the pool. The outdoor showers were a big plus. House was well stocked with everything we needed for beach days, cooking and we also used the board games a few nights. Location was also good, close enough to Cruz bay but quiet. We loved St John and would definitely stay at Arco Iris again!

Exceeded expectations
This was not our first visit to St. John but it was our first stay. We had previously taken day trips from St Thomas. We have stayed in many VRBO properties in different places and we have never really had a bad experience. Our expectations are realistic- cleanliness, everything working and a place that lives up to the photos with friendly responsive management if something isn’t working. This property exceeded my expectations. It was actually more beautiful than pictured with breathtaking views, everything we needed and more during our stay. We so appreciated having beach towels, beach chairs and even a tent when we went out each day. Returning to this serene oasis each day was wonderful. There is AC in all the rooms and works very well. The grounds were full of beautiful plants, flowers and trees. The gorgeous views were present no matter where we were, inside or out. JP gave us a lot of great information about places to visit and things to do, most of which we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arco Iris! If we are lucky enough to return to St. John, we would definitely stay at Arco Iris again.

I just reviewed this property because I had two separate but contiguous reservations. However, I will add a few things I left out. The living area is well furnished and is one of the few houses I've rented that has air conditioning though with the great breezes you will rarely need it. Most houses just have AC in the BRs. Many houses in St. John have treacherous driveways that are hard to get in and out of but this house has one of the easiest. All three BRs are isolated enough for privacy and overall the house can be as private as you like. It is so nice, we almost never wanted to leave and explore the island,

Loving Arco Iris
We have been vacationing here for over 20 years and this is the best place we have stayed. This is a great property. The location gives access to wonderful breezes and an idyllic view of the Caribbean. It is also away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz bay but not too far away. The house is as good or better than advertised. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a “taste and replace”bar area with jiggers, wine stoppers and a martini shaker. The outside is well furnished on both levels. We are planning on returning here next year. The rental company was great. They have been available for questions and even had some complimentary goodies in the fridge when we arrived. Can’t wait to get back here.

A beautiful gem overlooking Fish Bay
We had a very nice stay at Arco Iris. There were 4 of us. The place is well kept and the accommodations were very comfortable There were plenty of towels for bathing and swimming and the sheets were cozy. The kitchen was stocked nicely with everything you need to cook, bake or grill. There were lots of beach chairs, coolers, rafts/floats and fans (if you’re like me and need one for white noise). It’s about 10 minutes outside of town so you will need a car or Jeep. We tried to get a taxi to pick us up one day to take us into town while the other couple was out with the Jeep but no one would come so prepare for that! The pool is not heated but it isn’t freezing so it actually felt good! Always fun to play a game of ping pong while you’re hanging by the pool. It was a very pretty view from all of the decks. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Since there is no airport in St John, you will have to fly in to St Thomas and take the ferry over. Be careful of the car ferry people. They talked us into a two way ticket. A woman warned us that you have to take the same ferry back but of course the day we left that ferry wasn’t running so we had to buy another ticket. We would highly recommend Arco Iris😍

Fantastic St John Retreat!
Arco Iris was a wonderful stay for our family, location and view were wonderful. Enjoyed the pool and ping pong, and the home and linens were very comfortable. Great communication from the owner and property manager throughout.

Perfect honeymoon spot
Everything about this house was awesome. Huge kitchen with essentials included, three master suites, pool, multiple decks, beautiful views, outdoor shower, and all the beach gear we needed. Fantastic AC as well. Great communication from JP and he met us at our jeep rental place to escort us to the house and show us around. He even quickly came to our rescue when I accidentally locked the keys in the bedroom. Super private while only 10 mins from Cruz Bay. Absolutely incredible and plan to return to this house with friends of ours!

Perfect family vacation.
Our group of 4 was blown away with this house from the moment we walked in the door. We knew from the scenic drive up to the house that it was going to better than we expected & it absolutely was. I had to pinch myself with that spectacular view from every single room in the house. The attention to detail was impressive….. these aren’t your average hosts…. A much appreciated phone call several days prior to our trip with awesome tips, a person meeting us at the car ferry to lead us to up to the house, a generous welcome basket, brand new dish sponges, well appointed kitchen, games for family fun, washing machine pods, and all the beach/snorkeling gear you could imagine. This place has it all!! The pool was refreshing, the lounge chairs were comfortable, the king beds were perfect for our group, the ping pong table was fabulous, the ample outdoor seating to take in the views was another incredible feature. My only wish was that I had another week there! Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of Heaven. We will be back!! St. John is an incredible place and this immaculate home was the icing on the cake.

Everything was perfect start to finish! The villa had a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Coolers, beach chairs, beach tent and snorkel gear were greatly appreciated. The outside space was great for sun and shade. Although the villa had air conditioning, the breezes at night were better than a/c!! Delightful! Our host, JP, was more than accommodating including our welcome basket of goodies from North Shore Deli….our favorite place to grab lunch to take to the beach. Definitely a place we would return to again!

Great house with a spectacular view. Three master suites and a large common area with spacious deck. Pool and deck made for fun afternoons and evenings. Fully furnished kitchen. About a 10 minute drive from the ferry dock. Appreciated the beach toys, snorkel gear (especially spare parts!), coolers, chairs, etc. that made our days at the beach that much more fun! Beautiful Home For Couples To Enjoy And Relax
We stayed for a week with friends in this awesome home. Very clean, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen, bath and beach equipment. We LOVE the outdoor type showers and the great swimming pool. Perfect in every way
What a dream! We loved our stay at Arco Iris. We had everything we needed and the property is just as described. Every morning we were met with a perfect sunrise, followed by lounging by the pool, watching the lizards sunbath and the tropical birds flit about, and of course some ping pong tourneys:) In the afternoons we escaped to the picturesque beaches where we snorkled, swam, and relaxed. We went to Maho, waterlemon, lameshur, and Trunk. The most amazing snorkle was off lameshur point. We enjoyed in house massages, a private boat tour with flyaway charters, a trip to lime out and lavango island resort! Courtsey Jeep rental was great as was our St Thomas airport driver- Brazil! We had lovely dinners at lavango rum bar- amazing drinks, morgan mangoes- lobster night, the terrace- best all around, longboard (my personal fav), high tide- ok, skinny legs- best bang for your buck, and lavango island caribeeN buffet night - amazing setting-good (not great) food. Other than our return flights getting cancelled- we had a perfect time!!

Tranquil Stay at Arco Iris
Just arrived home after a relaxing, lovely stay at this pretty villa in Fish Bay… It was our first time on St. John, and Arco Iris was just the place to come home to after a day at the beach or on the trail. 3 spacious bedrooms & baths and a nice pool. They also have coolers, beach chairs & snorkel gear, to name a few. And ping pong! Lastly, a fantastic view of Fish Bay! We came from California, so a bit of a trek. Worth it!

We throughly enjoyed the stay at arco iris, the location was perfect for whatever end of the island you wanted to explore. The house is immaculate and comfortable. The grounds offered a little exploration for my boys and wildlife entertained us daily. The views of fish bay and beyond were exceptional. We had great communication with both the owners and the management company from beginning to end. Just A+ all around.
