Wir waren äusserst angenehm überrascht, da wir an diesem sehr touristischen Ort nicht viel erwartet hatten und sowieso sehr überrascht waren, dass wir so kurzfristig noch ein Zimmer buchen konnten. “A very clean and comfortable inn, but not a truly good hotel. The staff, while very nice and helpful, are not available much of the time, the location is somewhat far from the city center and there is no bus service, only taxis which do not operate all the time…I felt the place is truly an inn—mostly a bar/limited restaurant with some nice rooms to let…For guests with their own cars, I’m sure it is far more satisfactory. ”

“I booked this hotel around 2 months before for the last weekend of July to spend my birthday in Penzance. They called me when we were arriving from Cardiff (almost 4 hours journey) to tell us that they have to cancel our 2 nights due to fire alarm test without any compensation, just that they are very sorry... Clearly an excuse, probably they overbooked, so we had to try to find something in July for that same night, when everything was full or overpriced! It was an amazing birhday present... 😒”
