Hi Kenneth, I'm sorry that the privacy and quiet location was not to your liking, as you can see from our reviews guests love 473. I can appreciate it may not be the resort for everyone.We are not on the main hotel belt and we definetly are not a fly and flop property. We highly recommend getting a car and advise all our guests before arrival and have it delivered to the resort or airport an arrival. We email our guests prior to arrival, so they know to what they will expect and pre book tours and stock options for the Kitchen etc.On reviewing your file I also note that you did not reply to any these messages or questions we sent prior to your arrival. We shall review this so all guests are aware of what to expect when they stay with us.Our office is open 8-5/6 and we have conceirge available 24 hrs a day, kitchen is open 8am daily and service ends typically 8.30pm. We use whatsapp and this was set up for the duration of your stay so you can request assistance at any time from any where. I've reviewed our communiucations there was no mention regarding wrong orders, or needs that went unanswered, your one comment was ' I love it here'. We would have loved the opportunity to correct any issues prior to you leavingAs for the roadway, this is not under our control as its a government road, I am pleased to report that repairs are being made.Thanks for staying and we look forward to welcoming all guests in the future, please contact the resort if you want any clarification and I will be happy to speak with you personally on any questions you may haveMany Thanks Mark Solomon - Owner

Hi Rachelle,Thanks for staying with us, we are located on a small hillside and the villa's are nesteld down to the waters edge.
