It was a good experience and the lobby staff was polite and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the staff at the bar as they didn’t even say good morning when I went to get a coffee, and they looked like they didn’t want to work, not even one smile. Very poor customer service

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the lack of turning down the room. Bit disappointing coming back to a room with dirty towels and an unmade bed. Maybe no one is doing this anymore. Friendly staff and great location.

Very convenient for visiting the beach. Had a nice outdoor pool. Had Starbucks Coffee( staff was very polite in that station). The staff at the front desk wasnt very welcoming. I didn't like that housekeeping never showed up during our stay. They also never showed up when I called to request extra towels. They need to update their laundry room. It's extremely hot and humid. It has very limited washer and dryers and only takes coins.

Not a great stay.
The property was not very clean. There was mold in our bathroom. We were told our room would be cleaned every other day, but it was not. We had to empty our own trash just to get it out of the room. We did get an ocean view which was nice.

The room doesn't have a clean pleasant smell. Unfortunately carpets have to be cleaned thoroughly for them to smell clean. Beds are good. Other than that it is an OK to stay one or 2 nights.
