Close to downtown concert venue. The price was good. Room/bed coverings smelled a little weird. I opened slider and aired the room out and I think it was a little better.

Once we convinced the GPS that we couldn't go through the closed road the place wasn't too hard to find. Parking was easy to find. The back door didn't care much for the key to get in but once you figured out how to get the keycard to work it was handy.

Great hotel and for our overnight stay in Spokane. Close to the Riverwalk area, restaurants, and activities. There are homeless people in the area so need to keep aware when you're out. Parking garage is off site so about a 1-2 block walk to the hotel. TIP: Use the loading zone parking spots to load and unload so you're not having to walk your luggage between the hotel and the garage.
