Absolutely wonderful location and wonderful accommodation. The service delivers by Tomas and all staff was first class and very friendly. I would totally recommend Vila Nepos and will definitely stay again next time we are in Split.

Very spacious nice clean space as if we were in a real palace! Location is great, right in the middle of everything, in the center of the shops and restaurants. Upon arrival Mate was very helpful communicating with us to guide us where to go for check in and waited for us outside the main square which was great. He gave us an overview and many recommendations as well as connected us with our taxi service when leaving. The street can be loud at night but I didn’t mind it, I actually appreciated it as the space is so big and rooms a good length apart that I found it comforting vs being so quiet and scary in a palace :)

Very beautiful villa in excellent location and outstanding service!! Mate and Toma go above and beyond for their guests. We were treated like royalty! Decor and comfort of Villa is top notch! The location could not have been better, everything is right there. Do not even hesitate to book this villa. You will feel pampered and spoiled and have a gorgeous place to stay. What is there to think about? I would like to extend a special thank you to Mate for being so wonderful to us. Wow! What a spectacular find this was. Everything from the stunning location, to the beautiful room, to the friendly staff was beyond our expectation. The photos do not do the rooms justice - they are huge, beautiful and very clean. Our host, Mate, was in communication with us prior to our stay to make arrangements for our arrival, and continued to be in contact with us throughout our stay to answer questions and provide recommendations on local dining spots. Best of all, the view from our window directly into Diocletian's Palace was nothing short of stunning. I cannot recommend Villa Nepos enough... we will be back!

The hotel was very spacious, clean and warm. It was a whole apartment. In real life it was even more beautiful than the photo. Our 3 year daughter loved it. Toma and Mate were fantastic hosts. They were very kind and attentive with all our needs. The location was excellent. We were in the center of everything and were able to walk everywhere from the old town to the beach to the joker mall. The best part about it was that everywhere was so safe. It was a perfect location for a family with a small child. We love this hotel a lot!! We highly recommend it to anyone! If we come back to Croatia Split this will for sure be the hotel we will stay again :)))) Besides being in such a wonderful country, this hotel was one of our favorite parts of our vacation !!

It is a nice place to stay. It is centrally located and the villa is lovely and cozy. All the attractions are just around the corner of the villa. The breakfast was delicious and has several options. I will recommend this place to everybody.
