Good Morning,thank you for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. we can assure you we have very strict regulations where this kind of situation is checked regularly by an expert- which would be appropriate protocol for all hotels. on our website it does state we do not have an air conditioning but we are sorry to hear you didn't see this and it wasn't to your liking. our detergent is standard and again protocol used cleaning supplies which are applicable for most hospitality establishments. but we are sorry to hear that your skin was sensitive to this and if there would be any thing we could do at the time to aid you specifically with this of course we would. we are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy breakfast- sometimes in a busy morning replenishment is needed but we are sorry to hear this wasn't as smoothly as we strive to be at ibis. we are so sorry to hear that this happened unfortunately human error occurred but we are so sorry that this happened to your self and we hope to see you again soon to be able to rectify these issues on the duration of your stay. kind regards

Good morning, we are so sorry about the WIFI situation we are trying everything we can to fix the problem and our neighbouring hotels have WIFI. Apologies once again about the bathroom, we do room checks daily to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests. Will pass this onto the housekeeping team to check and sort the issue.
