The only issue we had upon check in was the heater was not on at all. It was 39 degrees in the condo (34 outside). It was late and we just wanted to get to bed. (couldn't find a clubhouse to get a parking permit since we arrived after dark). Parking is not close, unloading/loading gear and groceries with a family is a prolonged process.
