"This is definitely a family resort. They have performance at the main pool every night to keep the kids and adults entertained. They also have an above 19 pool area which is great for couples. The hotel has shown some age but it wins on service and facilities. "

However, the counter at the airport specifically has a sign to request that no questions be asked there...
