"They literally called the police at 11:40 am to force me to leave. I was in Austin for the highway letting and was turning in bids at 1:00 that I needed to finish up but they said no get out. I have bid and built projects staying in places all over for more than 30 years and really have nothing to compare an experience this unimaginable to. "I booked this last minute due to a flight being cancelled and needing to spend one more night in Austin. I loved the place and will consider it for my longer stays. I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and the person at the front desk accommodated me by immediately making the room available even though (by their policy) they didn't have to accommodate me until 11:00 AM. Great experience all around."

"The staff at the property was great. The front desk, the bartenders, the morning breakfast staff were all excellent. The property needed to be kept up better. Our first room had a dirty floor, so we were given another. The houskeeping staff needs to vacuum more. We take off our shoes at the door, but the room still needed to be vacuumed. It wasnt, until i complained. The pool was very cloudy when we were there, you could not really see the bottom on our first day. It got a bit better...
