Inexpensive valet parking, excellent location as it was walking distanced to the main drag. I would absolutely stay here again, additionally, they only hold 20 per day for incidentals which is the lowest I’ve ever seen

Plan for parking issues
The hotel has no on-site parking, which is surprising considering it's newly built within the past 5-10 years. All parking is via a valet at over $20 per day. You can self-park in the garage a couple of blocks away for $10 or less per day (our Saturday stay was free). There's also street parking if you're willing to get up and move your car by 8:00am to avoid a parking ticket. There may be parking available in the Century Center lot across the street as well, but that is dependent on what's happening at the Century Center and may or may not be approved for overnight. Definitely pick up bottles of water in the cooler in the lobby as the soft water tastes awful. The check-in attendant was very helpful and check out was smooth.

The staff was so helpful Erick and Tony especially. The young lady with a unique name, (it was 4 am sorry I can't remember) was so kind to stand at the door to make sure I got to my car safely as I was traveling alone - just in case. Thanks again!!

Perfect spot for what we went for. Unfortunately, did not receive the room we requested and paid for due to overbooking? Went from a two bed queen to a king size bed with 3 people. The pull out couch worked but wasn't very comfortable. It King room was cheaper but I still have not received the reimbursement for the change of rooms.

The pool heater was not working and the pool was very cold to the point you couldnt swim Being in vacation with family kids this was very disappointing. Also the excercise equipment was broken in the fitness center. Also there was hardly anyone in the hotel but we were still given a room way at the end of the building rjght next to the noisy street. Would have been nice if the persin checking

We stayed here for a night while seeing a show at Morris Performing Arts center and it was such an easy walk! But the best part of this hotel is the staff. Leslie at front desk went above and beyond to help us find a good place to eat, and was so friendly each time we saw her. She remembered us the next morning when we came down for coffee and asked about our night, along with making sure there wasn't anything more we needed. Awesome client service and care :-)
