"The property was spacious and perfect for our group. Parking is right in front, super convenient. The owner/manager was very communicative and friendly. Everything we needed was available in the home and the location was really convenient for us. Close to lots of food/shops (within 5-10 minutes) and 10 minutes from the sports complex where our tournament was being held. I would recommend this property and would stay there again."

"The apartment was perfect for our short trip to College Station. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were good. There is a nice walking park and dog park just down the hill. The apartment is a basic, college-type apartment. Nothing fancy, but functional and clean. I recommend some patio chairs to be able to use the balcony deck. Good communication with the host!"

"We stayed here with my brother and family (4 adults and 7 kids). The space worked really well for us. The game room is an added bonus when traveling with kids and the TV are provided the perfect gaming space. It would help if there were a few extra blankets as each bed only has one thin blanket and some within our party were cold/missed the weight of a real comforter. Additionally, the fridge could use a deep cleaning! Overall though, the house worked well and was as advertised!"

We held a family reunion here and everyone commented how nice the place is, how fun all the games & activities were and how everyone felt right at home. The venue and the hosts were so amazing, we're thinking of doing a reunion every year at 12 Armadillos!"

We were in College Station to celebrate our granddaughter's graduation from medical school and this location was convenient for family to gather. The three bedrooms were large, wonderful dining areas, both inside and outside, and kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with necessities. The separate game room and outside activities' areas were great. We would absolutely stay again."

"This was the cutest little cottage! My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter. It was so homey I didn’t want to leave! The beds were comfortable too. It rained and we just loved listening to the rain. We will definitely stay here again! Our daughter mentioned it would be the perfect place for her ring dunk! Cute yard for a ring dunk!"

"My husband and I stayed at this location for 6 days/nights. It's a duplex on a cul-de-sac in a very populated, but quiet, neighborhood. It's right behind University Drive with all the restaurants, shopping, etc. It's a great location. Apartment is clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped enough so that I could have family over for dinner. Host is very responsive, we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend."
