The weekend was super packed and everyone had to register to check in. I've never seen that kind of inefficient system for hotel check-in. The hotel needs to reprogram the elevator control software to reduce waiting time. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The city view had beautiful ocean view.

Convenient location, very clean and spacious. Only 2 elevators are used per floor taking forever and almost always full. Parking lot gets chaotic on weekends.

We experienced two incidents of blackout at night. Their staff unable to give us why those incidents happened. We did not feel safe. Also, we felt unsure if it is worthy for staying here as the way they communicate between their staff and to their customers was not professional, way below par. Don’t be deceived by their newly built property. Their quality of service needs to be addressed seriously.

오픈한지1년정도 되어서인지 깨끗하고 깔끔해요. 주변에 식당도 많고 무엇보다 시외버스터미널이 가까워서 좋아요. 근데 체크인할때 프런트 직원은 별로였네요. 옆에 직원은 친절하고 좋은데 제 담당직원은 무성의하고 뭔가 하기싫은거 억지로 하는 느낌. 씨티뷰 예약했는데 평일이라서 그런지 바다뷰로 줘서 그나마 위로받았네요. 신축건물이라 깨끗한게 젤 맘에 들었어요.

전반적으로 푹 쉬다오기 좋은 편안한 숙소입니다. 가성비 뛰어난 할인 이벤트도 많고 마케팅에 신경을 많이 쓰네요. 6층 레스토랑에 의자 바닥 끄는 소리가 좀 시끄러운 바, 의자 밑에 다이소 패드 같은 거 부착하면 좋을 것 같네요. 방음이 다소 아쉬운 것이 흠.
