The breakfast was delicious. The lounge area is comfortable and staff is so friendly. The rooms were comfortable and I loved the water fillers at the elevator.

Fantastic place, great view from our room, kids friendly, just next to The Mall with plenty of opportunities to shop around, entertain and dine. Will certainly stay there again and already booked our return night at Novotel.

Modern but not quality.
Minimum emenetis in the room. Shampoo and shawer gel only. Mattress is old and uncomfortable. Paper cap for coffee only 2 paper cops is available. This is not what you expected from 4 stars hotel it's more like 2 stars hotel. The hotel design is modern. and this is the only good thing I can say.

We are fighting towards no single use plastic according to our CSRS policies that is why we provide all extra amenities upon request. Also for this reason and as per Novotel standard we have 2 paper coffee cups, but we could always provide extra upon request. difficult to park. design of the room is not for kids or families. for some reason they decided that transparent glass to the bathroom to the beds is a good idea. well try using it in the night. no brains who ever design it.

Good quality stay.
Overall very pleasent. I choosed Novotel as I have early departure flight next day. The check-in / check-out was very efficient, and the recpention was very helpful with calling taxi in very early morning. The room facing highway with great view. It is a good choice for business traveler.

Close and convenient to airport when you have an early flight. Also it is next to the mall and close to places to eat. Front desk was helpful with covid test info. Did not like the breakfast set up - saw people dropping the serving utensils and placed them back on the counter. There were gloves available but nobody inforcing the use of gloves. We were just a couple of minutes early for breakfast and staff was not happy.
