"Sandy was amazing! As soon as I booked online, I received a text asking appropriate arrival time! She led us to our room and it was, clean and neat! In the bathroom there were all the toiletries you would need, including a few extras. The mini fridge had two bottles of water. She helped us with dining suggested that were perfect and how to get around by either team or walking. Then I asked about the water massage I saw a sign for and she helped with that too. There was a security guard at night...

"I like it’s a family hotel! What I don’t like it’s bad communication when I said I have long hair I need more conditioner it’s because 3 of those little tubes won’t help me, you need towels the front desk has to send someone and you can see the housekeeping it’s there with everything in the car! The pool towels are limited and they are the smallest towels never see in a hotel!"

Long wait to check in.
"The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I would have appreciate and soft sitting chair. The check in time with only 3 people checking in was much too long. Finally 4 other check people arrive after we had been waiting for more than 1/2 hour. It seemed like poor planning since 3:00 is check in time and it will be busy. Why not have more people there available at 3:00. Overall it was over priced for a Friday night for an older hotel. But it was comfortable."
