It was very low staff on a Saturday. It took 30 minutes to wait in line for our turn and ten minutes for us to actually check in. My friend was not given the suite he reserved and had to get a regular king bedroom. The women at the desk was very kind about it which we appreciate it but it was disappointing to find out the day of. If we knew before hand we would have look for a different hotel. There were also not much dinning options which contradicted what was shown on the website. Will not be here again.

I loved being able to check in and out on my phone without having to stop at the desk. The staff were very friendly when I called to ask a question. Room was nice and spacious and temperature in the room was perfect. Smelled great to. Would stay here again.

The deposit in our system is simply a hold, which gets released immediately at check-out, subject to a quick inspection of the room. However, it can take some banks several days to apply the funds back into the client's account. Unfortunately, we, the hotel, do not have the means to speed this process up. Rest assured that deposits are refundable if there are no incidental charges during your stay or damages to the property. The parking lot was very icy, the lobby was clean and inviting, but the remainder of the building needs updating. My room was not aged well particularly the bathroom. The plug for the jetted tub did not fit the drain size so the water drained right out. There were cracks in the shower stall that I cut my foot on. Needs updating and TLC. Not what I expected for a Hilton property and certainly not for a King Suite.
