We adored the lobby with the robots and dinosaurs. Also, when we ordered another towel to our room and the robot delivered it my 10 year old son was very impressed! The beds were comfortable by American standards which is hard to find in Korea! The location was perfect for Myeongdong shopping and exploring, only 2 blocks from the Main Street of shopping. The only bad things I have to say is that check in was stressful as it is all done through a kiosk and since I booked with a third party it was not finding my reservation. You can call a human staff to help though if you have trouble. The only other complaint I have is that the hotel did not have an extra supply of pillows and there was only one on each bed. Again, the bed was comfortable though so we both slept great!

- 5 minutes walk to the Subway - Night life of Myeongdong within a minute walk - Convience Store across the Hotel - Only issue had was checking in using expedia so the person had to come out and use the expedia email details and booking number which isn't available anywhere on expedia

Complicated check in and hot room
Check in was complicated as there are 2 robots at reception (and no staff) and neither robot would accept our hotels.com booking number. We had to call someone to assist us (who was not happy at all). Room was ok. Only one pillow each and it was very thin (I had to put a folded towel underneath for some support). Stayed in winter and the room was very hot as the AC temp cannot be turned down. Thankfully we were able to turn the AC off and open a window. Could not temporarily store our luggage when checking out so we had to go to the airport early. I will stay in a different hotel in Seoul next time.

Location was excellent, just a short walk from the Myeongdong station and the main shopping street. Loved the extra-ness of the 2 dinosaurs in the lobby. Only downside was that the bedsheets were slightly stained on our last day :(

Tried asking for more but the staff responded that there was "no stock" with slight language barrier to explain when the stock will be available. Had stiff necks after 6 nights.. otherwise hotel amenities are rather new with a cosy tub.

Great location, walking distance to night market and many tasty eating choices. Clean room and good breakfast buffet. Only recommend is shower curtain. Floor outside of shower/tub gets wet and could slip if not careful.

The stay was so good, aircon was cool and nice, theres a auto bidet on the toilet, everyday was house kept. They even provided a robe for us. The location was great, walking distance away from the bustling Myeongdong. Would definitely stay here again!

Great locations, rooms are tiny but great location for markets, food and sight seeing. They have robots at front desk for check in and out but everything else just ring the phone and staff will appear to help.

The staff at the reception were very unfriendly, unwilling to assist guests, I arrived around mid-day and they said check in time 3pm coz my room not available, however I can check in by 1pm and pay additional almost half the rate of one night or I can check in midday for extra one night, apparently this hotel wish to squeeze my pocket for extra money with no morals, I never face such situation in the past, if room is available I’ll be able to check in even in the morning, but asking for more money is terribly bad!! I won’t recommend this hotel to others. Just to be fair after my travel agent Global Business Class spoke to them they agreed to let me check in at 1pm at no additional fee, it was nightmare after flying 13 hours to wait and waste time coz the greedy hotel!!

Nice and comfortable stay.
I am glad I chose to stay here. The room is small yet very comfortable and has everything I need. The location cannot be beat, there is a 7-11 across the alleyway. The lobby is clean, the dinosaurs and robot receptionists are so cool. Staff service is great and available via reception desk phone. Highly recommend.
