Good service with clean & nice hotel and very nice & big garden As ultra all inclusive , i expect better food quality and none local beverage choices. In general it was great hotel and thanks to various lunch and dinner menu

The staff was terrific and accessible at all times during our stay. I want to point out that the animation team was the best experience we had with their performances and personalities, making us feel at home away from home. They worked throughout the day to make sure all guests were entertained during their stay. Tony, Tito, Mario, Max, and the others in the animation team deserve a raise for the great work they did while we were there. In addition, the food was great and the rooms were clean. Had a great experience. Thank you animation team and hope to see you guys in the near future!!

Nice new resort - its about 5 years old. it was very quite while we were there and many of the facilities weren't open. Meals were generally good. It would have been nice if the restaurant hours were longer, as they closed early.

Good stay and fun Waterpark
Overall a good stay for a family with young kids the water park made it much more fun .. the food is good and many choices at the buffet and the rooms are clean which is great Two negative comments I would give 1. Breakfast staff don’t really appear till around 8:30-9 am before that it’s not self service and you have to wait for someone to come and help and sometimes you have to wait a long time 2. The WIFI connection is really bad .. so if you have to get some work done you need extra data with yoyo

Excellent hotel
We stayed a week with 2 children. The hotel is faultless. The staff were efficient. The food was superb and varied. The facilities were perfect for a week's break in the sun with kids. We will return.

Çocukla gidilebilecek iyi otellerden biri. Bizim 2. Kalışımız. Herşey dahil olduğu için gece yarısına kadar sürekli hizmet var. Personel rezervasyondan hizmet kısmına kadar hepsi mükemmel istediğiniz şeyler hemen yapılıyor. Temizlik 10 üzerinden 10.büyükler için kaydıraklar, küçükler için su Parkı var. Sahili kum deniz sığ ama sürekli dalga var. Bizim gibi dalga seviyorsanız çok eğlenirsiniz. Düşünmeden gidebileceğiniz bir otel.

Çocuk Dostu Hotel
Çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü. Hotel çok geniş havuz, aquapark, çocuk su parkı ve animasyonlara sahip. Yemek menüsü harika, çocuklar için menü seçenekleri ve alçaltılmış yemek masaları mevcut. Çocuğunuzla gideceğiniz bir tatil için tereddütsüz tercih etmemizi tavsiye ederim. Şehire oldukça yakın konumda.

Her açıdan mükemmel bir oteldi. Bütün çalışanlar inanılmaz ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Tek bir sorunla dahi karşılaşmadık.Yemekler lezzeliydi ve çeşitliydi.Temizlik ve hijyen de son derece iyiydi.Herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Super hôtel familial. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel beaucoup d’animation avec de formidables animateurs. Lors de notre séjour l’hôtel était plein mais grâce à sa grande piscine et ses grands espaces nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres il y a largement de place et des transats pour tout le monde. L’hôtel est situé à 15min en voiture de kusadasi vous en avez pour 20€ aller-retour en taxi et n’hésitez pas à demander à la réception qu’elle vous appel un taxi en 5min il est là. Seul bémol pour la part j’ai eu une chambre à côté des ascenseurs de ce fait beaucoup de bruits et de passage la nuit. Sinon nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances nous reviendrons c’est sur!!!!

Das Hotel ist neu. Die Anlage ist gross. Schöner Sandstrand. Das Personal ist nett aber unorganisiert beim Service. Die Getränke kommen deshalb zum Teil zu spät. Das Essen kann man nicht selber schöpfen. Je nach Personal geben sie zu viel oder zu wenig. Das Hotel ist abgelegen vom Zentrum. Es ist schwierig Taxi zu finden im.Sommer. Besser vor der Strasse warten als vor Hoteltüre.

El cuarto amplio y moderno con salida en una piscina exterior.La variedad y calidad del restaurante.L'Amabilidad de empleados. L`Arena muy fina de la playa et lo hecho que podias caminar en el mar uno cincuenta metros. Un pecheno bemol, la limpieza de la zone de umbrelas de la playa. Tambien el hecho que en el tempo de la cena una camioneta pasaba cerca del restaurante con substancia contra los moschitos.

L hôtel est l’un des plus beau de la côte,rien à dire sur l architecture,notre suite était luxueuse à première vue …avec jacuzzi sur terrasse, plateau de bienvenue, tout paraissait parfait sauf qu’au file des jours …le ménage était très très léger, la literie ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles ,nous avions très mal au dos après quelques nuits, un seul oreiller par personne, pas de couverture.pour le côté extérieur très propre pour le côté animation autour de la piscine nul 0/10 les spectacles étaient ennuyants en ce qui concerne le buffet je le note 2/10 vraiment alors les plats pouvaient parfois être gouteux mais attention a ne pas en demander davantage sinon vous vous faisiez défigurer du regard . Certains pourrait être super agréable et d autre aucun sourire et désagréable. Les enfants se sont beaucoup ennuyés aucune musique actuelle les animateurs inexistants si vous partez avc des enfants mieux vaut un 4 étoiles sur antalya qu un hôtel 5 étoiles soi-disant de luxe.la pâtisserie nul 3/10 le snack bar 3/10 les desserts toujours les mêmes toujours les mêmes fruits et le petit déjeuner catastrophique il ne vaut même pas un 2 étoiles attention il faut suivre leur train de vie petit déjeuner 7h30 10h 00 le déjeuner 12h00 14h00 et le dîner 19h00 21h00 le rideau se fermaient pour 500 euros x15 je m entendait à autre chose

Je reviendrais dans cet hôtel situé dans un beau coin et avec un très bon climat. Bonnes restaurations bien variés et de bonnes qualités (seul bémol : les plats étaient écrits en turc et anglais seulement ) Très belles chambres (le service room est fait correctement ) Très grande piscine et une belle plage avec belle mer . De beaux spectacles et belles animations la nuit ....5/5 pour cet hôtel.

Grosszügige neue Anlage mit schlechtem Service
Recht neues Hotel (Bj 2017/18) grosszügige Anlage mit sehr guter Poollandschaft und Rutschanlage. Das Meer ist sauber und der Strand weitläufig. Servicemitarbeiter waren überfordert bzw wirkten orientierungslos, was wiederum zu viel Chaos führte. Das Essensbuffet war im Vergleich zu anderen vergangenen Erfahrungen mangelhaft. Qualitativ sowie quantitativ. Umweltbewusstsein lässt zu wünschen übrig - noch immer wird Wasser in kleinen geschlossenen Plastikbechern verteilt. Animation/Abendprogramm war miserabel. Kaum Aktivitäten tagsüber, Abendshows sehr billig und After-Shows nicht vorhanden. Animateure selbst wirkten eher unmotiviert. Check-In / Rezeption war immer hilfsbereit und zügig.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und demenstpechend auch die Ausstattung. Durch die getroffenen Corona Maßnahmen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles stets sehr sauber und hygienisch. Der Strand war mit seinem Sandstrand zwar traumhaft, das Meer war jedoch eine pure Enttäuschung. Es war nicht sauber und voll mit Quallen. Auch das Essen war jeden Tag realtiv gleich und ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Super schönes Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen. Noch nie zuvor so ein super Personal gesehen! Muss aber dazu sagen, dass wir nur im Hotel waren. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegener. Die Stadt von Kusadasi ist 20 min entfernt.
