Sedona visit
We loved this apartment! It was everything it said it was in the rental description. Clean, comfortable, close to so much and easy to find. Our hosts were terrific in corresponding with us prior and right up to the day before our arrival. Apartment is well stocked, comfortable bed and a great shower! Thanks, Max and Melati!

Perfect for our anniversary
The place was in a perfect location and was so nice and cozy for me and my husbands 3rd anniversary. We ran into some issues and the owners were quick to help and respond. I would defiantly recommend staying with them in you're in Sedona. It's close to everything and yet far enough away that you don't feel crowded. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Lovely place perfect for two, with a great centrally located. As described by Host. Has all you need to plan your meals, if you choose. Max your host is very nice, and introduced himself. Nice outside seating with grill… you’ll love it

Wonderful stay
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. We were up very early to get out hiking, stopped back for an afternoon break and then back out for a second hike. The location was perfect, quiet, and close to the highway to get around. Due to dietary issues I made my own food each night and had no issues with supplies in the kitchen. My husband picked up food from the many nearby restaurants. It was quite cool when we were there and the heat worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the walk in closet was the perfect space to help us stay organized. If we return to the area I would stay again!

Week in Sedona
This home is perfect for a stay in Sedona. It is convenient to everything without being right in the middle of town. It was clean and comfortable. Had all that was needed to fix meals. The best was two rooms allowing us to be have different sleep schedules.

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was more than large enough for 2 people. The owner was helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet but we were close to the main highway access to all activities Sedona has to offer.

This unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our trip. We primarily hiked around Sedona and popped back into apartment to grab a bite to eat or just regroup for our next adventure! Very nice place and owners very kind!

Sedona Perfection
I've stayed on a LOT of short term rentals around the world, and this is one of my absolute favorites so far! Everything you could possibly need is provided in this well-appointed, sweet, quiet, private space. Max and Melati's are amazing hosts: spotless communication and super friendly. I didn't' want to leave after 4 nights: I will be back!!

Perfect spot to celebrate a 50th b-day and 23rd Anniversary!
This was a great place to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and our 23rd anniversary! The owners were wonderful and even helped us plan our visit weeks before we even arrived. All their recommendations were great. The house is adorable and everything you need. It's location in a quiet little neighborhood in West Sedona was awesome and far from the traffic in Sedona. We loved are stay there and are already planning to go back. Thank you Mel & Max !

The studio apartment was VERY clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated great layout for the two of us. It was centrally located and just a few minutes from any key point in Sedona. Max, our host was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

2nd Stay
This was my second time staying at this West Sedona property. It is located in a well-maintained residential neighborhood away from the traffic (and related noise) of 89A yet conveniently close to restaurants, groceries, and shops of all stripes. There are numerous hiking/biking trails within walking or riding distance of the property (Old Post, Carroll Canyon, Ridge) - this is a huge advantage if you know how trailhead parking can be in Sedona! Off-street parking, the grill, and laundry facilities were a plus for me. The on-site hosts, Max & Melati, were wonderful - again!

Great property!
My husband and I were in Sedona to celebrate his birthday and our wedding anniversary. This VRBO was the perfect size for us! Great location with easy access to hiking trails which was our main activity while in Sedona. Everything was clean and tidy and comfortable! We hope to visit again one day!

Best rental in Sedona
Clean, close, safe, calm, perfect. Minutes from everywhere. Comfy bed and large walk in closet. Quiet and peaceful location. All the amenities you need plus more. Mel and Max are great hosts. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to all. Staying at the right place makes your trip even more special. Quiet, West Sedona Stay
I was satisfied with my stay here. The owners, Mel & Max, were friendly and available (they live on-site). The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. The laundry and grill were nice features. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect!
Wow! Amazing hosts, location, bed, shower, water pressure. YOU name it!! If you want to stay right in the middle of the action of legit Sedona rather than the touristy uptown- this is the place for you! (Uptown is only about 2 miles away so it’s super close) They have a grill outside, wonderful kitchen, washer and dryer, and your own personal parking spot. The bed was very comfortable too. I cannot recommend this place enough. Mel and Max have thought of everything! If you have any questions, concerns or slight snags they will help you out. Trust me when I say that you won’t regret staying here!

Good stay
We stayed 4 nights. It’s connected to the main house so you can hear them sometimes. Not a full kitchen, but we only used the fridge. The TV is in the bedroom, the couch is in the kitchen area so we hung out at night in the bedroom. This place was enough for our needs, we weren’t there much because there was so much to hiking to do. Good location right off the main street and seemed like a good safe neighborhood.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Sedona. The apartment was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It was our home away from home. We were able to prepare meals ourselves and dine in. Its location was strategic- close to popular tourist spots (like the trails and vortexes) as well as commercial establishments but in a quiet neighborhood. Checking in and out were a breeze. Mel and Max were easy to communicate with and were gracious hosts. There was just an issue with a water leak on our last night but Max was quick to address it. Overall, it was a good experience.

This one bedroom granny apartment was private, located in a quite neighborhood and five minutes walk to good restaurants. The rooms were clean comfortable and tastefully decorated. We ate our breakfasts outside on the little patio they provided.

Great Apartment
Great apartment, very clean and upscale. Nice off street parking and location is excellent. Only had minor interactions with the property owner but they seemed very nice. My friend was impressed by this place and I would definitely recommend this place as an alternative to a more expensive hotel. Everything was provided and the unit has nice A/C units to keep it cool. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom was a major plus and the bed was really comfortable.

Perfect little place in a quiet neighborhood minutes from everything but far enough away from the super busy downtown tourist area. Room was clean, updated decor and everything you’d need for a few day getaway. My husband and I stayed here while in Sedona. There is everything that you will need here - a nice kitchen, bathroom and very comfortable bed. This little mother-in-law suite was perfect for our stay! We were walking distance from trails and great restaurants. The quiet neighborhood was close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The bed is comfy and the house is very clean. I appreciated having access to the washer and dryer. Max was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This VRBO is perfect for two people & very affordable. The location in west Sedona keeps you out of the downtown business yet it is very conveniently located to hiking trails & other attractions. Mel & Max provided all the amenities needed & were very responsive to questions.

Perfect for a couple, clean, well organized. The apartment has a private entrance and off-street parking. Max and his wife live on the property and available for any assistance if needed. All hiking trails in West Sedona are minutes away. Would definitely use this property again.

We were in town for the SIFF. Only had a place thru Feb so we were lucky to find this great place for the first weekend in March. Max welcomed us as we checked in. Later that night he responded quickly to a phone request. This morning at checkout I called him concerning as issue with the TV remote. Later today as we were on I17 heading to Phoenix we received a call thanking us for reporting the issue and informing us he had just spent with the service tech troubleshooting and finally ordering a new remote. Really appreciate the follow up even though Max didn’t have to as we were already gone.
