Hotel is very quiet and clean. It’s a safe area to walk around. There’s a mall with an array of restaurants to choose from. Daily easy to use public transportation if you want to get to downtown Seattle.

Hello Maria - we're sorry to hear about the concerns with the parking fees. We do charge 15 plus tax per night, and we will make sure our front desk team is informing all guests upon check-in.

Great location, it’s not far from Seatac Airport. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue is the adjoining morning breakfast area. The staff seems overwhelmed on weekends. My family and I stayed 3 days, we got complimentary vouchers for all 3 days. My daughter and I went on Saturday morning, when it wasn’t quite busy yet or before the rush. We sat at a table and could see 3 wait staff, it was about 2 tables to one staff member but we still waited for our beverages. Watching another table, after 5 min of no one checking on us. Me and another lady decided to walk up to the bar and ask for water and OJ. The manager was nice and apologized for her staff. I went up next and she yells “when people walk up it disrupts what we are doing”, and rudely stated “they just need to wait when we are ready”… like 5 min of ignoring us was not enough? Since I was there and fully ready to get yelled at she greets me with “what do you want?!”, as I said expecting to get a rude response; I ask “may I get a glass of water and OJ?” … huff and puffs later, I go back to my table. Needless to say I didn’t use my other two free vouchers. This hotel needs to remind staff you are in the hospitality industry. We know we are not at McDonalds but you don’t need to be rude.

The only thing I didn't care for was the woman working at the coffee stand. It wasn't enough to ruin the experience or anything, but she was certainly inconsiderate of the things she was saying in front of my daughter. Otherwise, I was about happy as could be.

Everyone at the hotel from the front desk to the restaurant to the cafe were so pleasant. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here, very convenient to shopping but also the highway to get around anywhere. Very close to the airport as well.

Beautiful hotel, we received a very nice opgrade. Walk to the mall, great onsite restaurant with fantastic food. Such a pity that they advertise a laundry on their website but there is no laundry. We came from a 2-week cruise so we hade a ton of laundry which we got stuck with

I overall enjoyed my 2 nights at the property. Rooms were clean, the pillows were plump and the bed was pretty good. Nice touch with robes in the rooms, which made going down to the pool a pleasant experience. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Biggest downside to the property is if you’re traveling with a dog like I did. You have to go all the way to the entire backside of the property to find a place for your dog to go to the bathroom.

Very clean. Buffet breakfast was good and included in stay. Rooms very clean and roomy. Would go back and recommend. 6 grab bars in the bathroom a plus!!

I thought the property for the price was less than what I expected. It was clean. It was new. Room decor and furnishing were quite basic. It did have the basics. Bed was super comfortable, and there were sufficient plug-ins for phones and tablets, etc.

Heating and cooling system works on its own. You put it on cooling and set the temp and it gets colder than the temp you put it at!
