I stayed here in mid-April and booked through Expedia. However, the front desk also charged my credit card, resulting in a double charge. I asked for a refund, and now, at the end of May, they still haven't released the refund. The staff is money-hungry. They initially charged for parking even though I showed them the reservation with free parking. Eventually, they canceled the charge. The interior and facilities are very old and not clean. I will never go back and I warn everyone to never consider this place for their stay.

It was a great place overall except for we didn't know the restaurant beside was closed. Woods was a great option for breakfast though as a substitute and there were other options near by. We also didn't realize the pool was closed either. It was clean but pretty dated and the flooring looks like in many places it needs to be replaced. The elevator was making huge clunking noises. My comforter also had a stain which I realized may not be easy to remove but still kind of gross. It was in a safe, easy accessible area though. Overall can't complain just a few little things but for the price you can't go wrong. It's quiet, secure, and the coffee shop next door was amazing. Definitely would return.

We were upgraded to a deluxe king after trying to receive money off from their “best rate promise.” Easy check in and nice area close to Bellevue Square but our room wasn’t cleaned anytime during our 2 night stay. Overall good stay for the price!

We were able to check into our hotel early which was so nice. All the staff were very friendly. I even forgot a flannel jacket in the closet, so I notified the hotel and the housekeeping manager made sure to send it to my home address. I will be staying at Hotel 116 in the future.

Great for the price, and very clean with friendly staff. Location isn't too bad, there's a few things to walk to, but the roads are very busy and noisy. With the fan running it's easy to sleep, however.

Great area but get a rental car if you plan to go to seattle. Staff is helpful though. The courtyard in the posting is of the restaurant next to them not theirs though.

We checked in late and were told the only room was outside of the hotel, in a different area. It was odd that we had to walk out a side door to get to our room. The room was outdated with disgusting carpet and old bathroom and furniture. It felt unsafe to not be inside of the hotel. It was very unpleasant and we won’t stay there again.

The room condition is way off from Expedia presentation. Room like a motel room not remodeled for decades. Faucets are leaking. Destroyed my confidence in Expedia. Will try to file dispute.

The hotel was in a convenient location for our needs. It’s an older hotel, could use updating. The rooms were a sufficient size. The fan in the bathroom was very loud. Our stay was 3 nights, two full days. We were not offered any housekeeping during our entire stay.
