"The location could have not been better with easy access to both the beach and to Seaside. Watercolor, Grayton Beach and other areas were also easily accessible. The home was comfortable with three king sized beds, a large kitchen, and a reading nook the toddlers loved! We absolutely loved the front screened in porch!"

"This property is located in the heart of Seaside right on 30A , close to all that Seaside has to offer. The property is very well appointed with top of the line appliances and very comfortable bedding. Our only complaint was the quality of the televisions. They did not offer HD tv or streaming capability. I would think that a property as nice as this one would update the tv viewing soon. The main living space is up a fairly steep set of stairs.
