"Ii was a mixed bag. I requested a ground floor because my foot was hurting. The front desk said they didn’t have it so I accepted a second floor room. There was confusion. The checkin staff member pointed at the elevator, then in a completely different direction, meaning a very long walk. I had a lot of bags.
