"One of the friendliest staff of any hotel We've ever stayed at, Kimberly and Star and the GM we're very accommodating we had a issue with the doors card reader and they offered to switch us rooms or wait until the GM could reprogram the door."

"From our arrival to the day we left, the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. I had stayed here before a number of years ago and noticed the upgrades to the lobby and rooms. Very nice! Since we tend to stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we travel we knew what to expect at breakfast, which we enjoy, but this time we met Joyce! She was fantastic, helpful, funny, friendly and efficient. Loved the room. Lots of space to stash and store belongings and bags and to plug in and charge electronics (in the lobby too). What a relief to be able to empty our arms of belongings somewhere other than the beds when we came in! We had 4 adults in this room and it was comfortable and roomy. Wish i had an extra pillow. But that's it for complaints! One thing i really liked is the Dove products in the bathroom ... none of those tiny little wasteful bottles of stuff. And there is a Krispy Kreme directly across from the hotel ... keep a look out for the 'Hot and Now' sign! I highly recommend this hotel."

"This was a very cool hotel in that it was up on a hill and you have a great view of the Ohio river and Louisville. Clean and comfortable, and great service. It is also kind of off by itself, so you feel very safe "
