Not Staying Here Again
Started off with the receptionist shouting at me when i arrived saying i was at he wrong hotel and not apologizing when he found out i was. AC not working in the room. No phone nor kettle. Staff very unhelpful when i lose my iphone and no internet access

Bag manners.
I didn't get an expensive room; nevertheless I expect good manners. Most of the staff were rude. It spoiled the trip. That's all.

Old dated hotel, very uncomfortable bed , poor service from staff , breakfast poor , this hotel seriously needs a revamp, stayed for 5 nights, wish I had just been one night

This is a decent hotel, with air con, spacious rooms and all the things you need if traveling on a budget. Breakfast was included in the price. The down side of this hotel is that it was built along time ago and looks that way. The bed was not very comfortable, and there is a lot of woodwork in the room (typical of these hotels that were built in the 1970/80's). Everything in the room looked dated and even when cleaned did not say '4 star hotel' to me. I used the room to shower and sleep. Did not spend that much time in the hotel. Decent for the price, I suppose you get what you pay for. Great if you don't want to pay more than £20.00 per night.

Checkin took too long. Staff didn’t know how to deal with online bookings. No help or care was given when checking out. No help from staff to find transport without asking many, many times. Evening staff should stop playing with their phones and concentrate on their job when needed. Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was very old and very uncomfortable. Towels looked like they were 10 years old. Not very nice. No floor mat outside of the bathroom. Shower was made for a very small person... need a longer hose !

Nice hotel, best rooms are in building A, close to many restaurants, hotel has own coffee shop. Ok for a few days stay, would use it again.

Etablissement pas très bien entretenu,à mon arrivée pas de télécommande pour l'air conditionnée et TV(pas important pour la TV),draps tachés,le petit-déjeuné très décevant et les nappes de tables tachées,des fourmis dans les verres.Poussiereux.
