"Property is a short walk to the beach. We went in mid May and we had the beach to ourselves during the week. The pool was perfect for our 4 year old daughter who did not want to get out of it all week. Pleasantly surprised with the walk to the pier and the restaurants in that area. All around a great spot for a family vacation."

I had a question about check-out and Julie responded quickly. As others have mentioned, be sure to take it slow entering the parking garage and enter at a angle. No problems parking 2 SUVs. "This house is bigger than it looks. There were six adults and we had lots of room for us and everything we needed to stay three nights. There are four bedrooms and a sleeping porch. There are three full baths, two are jack and Jill baths one between each two bedrooms on the main hallway. There is also a full bathroom near the foyer and main hallway. We did have a stopped up toilet but called the property manager and they brought out a plunger right away (maybe keep a plunger at the house). The...

"We had everything we needed. The house was beautiful just like the pictures. We may try to get it again next year. I bought my brother to celebrate his 76th birthday. He had an enjoyable time. My daughter has two kids that both have autism. They all needed time away and the kids dad too. If you go you will have a great time."

"This house was great for our needs - we had 8 adults and 5 kids and never felt cramped. The proximity to the beach was great - just a couple minutes, if that, from the door to the sand. We loved being able to walk to the store up the road to grab what we needed and to be able to walk to a lot in general.
