Come experience this cozy cabin in the woods! Snuggle up by the woodburning fireplace with a glass of local wine from one of the many Northeast Georgia wineries. The flatscreen TV above the fireplace gives you all the comforts of home. You will love this authentic rustic cabin with all wood interior. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook but Helen and the surrounding area have a great selection of restaurants. Try one of Helen's Bavarian-themed restaurants.

After a busy day of hiking in Unicoi State Park or shopping in Helen, come back to the cabin and get a good night's rest listening to the night sounds of the forest. Or relax in the hot tub and let all your cares melt away. The wrap-around back deck has a gas grill and steps down to the outdoor firepit where you can gather around in the evening, share stories, roast marshmallows, and breathe in the fresh mountain air!

This property is close to anything you could want to do! Hiking, Helen, and close to many convenience stores! The owner was helpful and available at all times. The cabin itself was so cute and cozy. It was the perfect size for our needs. The driveway was a little daunting, but that is expected in the mountains! We loved it and would gladly stay here again or in of this hosts' other properties!

Not what we thought
There are a LOT of stairs getting into this property. The WIFI was spotty and we had difficulty getting calls and texts in or out. We were very cold the first night, but the property manager gave us a portable heater so that was resolved. The hot tub was great although it went into SLP mode and was not as hot the 2nd day. The driveway is TERRIBLE and this should be in the listing. We have a great SUV. It was a challenge getting in and out. My husband had to sweep the driveway so we could get in easier. It's steep and only partially paved. We were sliding around on loose gravel when we arrived. Given all of these issues i would not stay here again. We enjoyed our trip despite the disappointments and would love to come back to the area.

Relaxing mountain getaway!
My husband and our 2 small dogs stayed for 4 nights to celebrate our anniversary. It was a cute rustic cabin, only a very short distance to Anna Ruby Falls and Helen. It is a nice short hike to the falls and back, I believe less than 1 mile. Helen is always fun to visit. Other than those outings we just stayed in and enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the couch watching TV.

Perfect cabin in the woods!
The cabin was the perfect distance from hiking or Helen. The boys loved sleeping in the loft, and we all loved the hot tub. The beds were comfortable, and we LOVED that there was Netflix so we could relax to a movie after a long day of hiking and then shopping in Helen. Overall great trip thanks to this wonderful cabin!

Cabin in the woods
This was a very rustic cabin in the wiods. It was nice but not luxurious. Very rustic in fact. It met our needs- gave us a safe place to stay, a quiet place to stay. The beds were really comfortable. The floors were uneven. There was only one wine glass. It was rather dark inside, maybe because of all the wood paneling and wood floors. The front porch was nice in the mornings for enjoying coffee. The hot tub was a nice tub and easy to use. There were some weeds that appeared to be poison ivy growing up around the house so beware of that. I will say the worst part of the driveway up to the house… although there was a concrete tire ramp it was rather difficult to maneuver without spinning your tires on the rocks and narrow getting out on the other side. That part would probably be the reason I might not go back. I don’t think it was well indicated on the website. It was a bit far from town if you wanted to stay in town to enjoy the activities there. We just stayed in town the whole day because we didn’t want to have to go back up and down the driveway.

Great cabin, check in time could be better
Really enjoyed our stay at Dreamcatcher. The cabin was exactly as expected and the hot tub was a nice touch in the chilly weather. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to check in until 5:30pm but the property managers did accommodate a late check out. Overall, we really enjoyed this place.

Perfect Retreat
This was the best trip we've had in a long time. It was a perfect getaway, but just close enough to do some sight seeing, eating and shopping if you're tired of sitting around! So many beautiful trails within a 20min drive as well as a few cute small towns to explore. The property itself was so cute and cozy- perfect size for our family of four. We came on this trip with two teenagers and neither one had one bad thing to say about our 4 days there, which is a HUGE win. Will definitely come back to this property specifically next time we visit N Georgia.

Awesome Experience
The Cabin was just as pictured. We only had a couple of issues as we arrived late after dark and the motion lights didn’t come on. And the shower head in downstairs bathroom was broken. Both of Wich were fixed the next day by the owners. Awesome customer service. The place is not handily accessible and there is a lot of stairs to climb to get in. I’m not complaining at all so don’t take that the wrong way. The Canin is Rustic and private yet very close to Helen. And easily accessible from the road and easy to find with GPS. Overall a great place to stay. Will definitely book again next year. Thank you so much for the excellent service and attention to our quality of stay while we were there.

Nice small to medium size cabin
It is a nice cabin. It is compact, but room to move around. A little pricey, but Helen is just down the road. I would rent it again, if I was in the area. Well stocked with quality dishes and it is clean.
