"We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub. Easily caught the transportation from the front...

"This property was wonderful. This is the best vrbo that we have ever stayed in (we have stayed in a lot). Hot tub was wonderful. Any amenity that you could think of. Vlad was the best host as well. He checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit."

"This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the beach service at no cost to us. There was an innocent mistake in our booking dates but the owner compensated us with a night's stay at another location at his expense. Highly recommend the area, condo & facility. We will definitely be going back!"
