Spacious one bedroom large studio apartment. The Hibiscus Suite with 580 sq/ft, ground floor is a strictly non-smoking unit. It offers a 1 King size bed and a luxury queen size self inflating air bed for the living room. All hyper-allergenic bedding, no feathers!
With a maximum occupancy of 4, the Hibiscus Suite is equipped with; 2 flat screen cable TV’s and A/C.
5G Wifi
Whom ever enjoys cooking will love this full size kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc.
The bathroom offers a walk-in rain-forest shower and a washer & dryer.
The Hibiscus studio apartment has a romantic and private patio deck.

Great location and property
Everything was just as pictured and the location was perfect - less than a mile walk to the village and just across the street from the beach. Virginia was wonderful and very helpful. The pool area truly was a little oasis away from everything. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Awesome Week
The Hibiscus Suite was perfect for a couple. Everything we needed was there. It was great to have beach chairs available and being less than 100 steps to the spacious and gorgeous white sand beach was amazing. We walked to the Village every morning for coffee and every night for dinner and nightlife. We would love to stay again.

Cozy well equipped apartment
The apartment was excellent for our needs. Size for two people was enough. It was clean and very close to town. The check in process was easy and the property manager maintained excellent communication. I’d recommend it. I’d suggest one closet be converted to accommodate hanging clothes.

The property is accurately described on the website and was big enough for our needs as a couple.Equipped with sufficient kitchen equipment to make a light meal. We did have a couple of issues during our stay, one of which was a broken dishwasher, which could have been avoided if the property had been properly checked prior to our stay as it was already broken the first time we tried to use it. The other was a broken lamp, again not working on arrival. However, management did respond and resolved the issues when we contacted them, replacing the dishwasher with a new one. Biggest negative for us though was that the aircon could not be set below 74 degrees - we felt this to be fairly warm for the Florida weather . There were lots of warnings that if we were to try and alter it then we would incur a substantial charge for repair so we didn't dare! Positives - the location and proximity to the beach was fantastic. Just a few steps to the beach and around a fifteen minute walk to Siesta Key Village. The pool area was lovely and very well kept. We enjoyed a few hours relaxing here when the beach was a little windy.

Perfect Getaway
The Hibiscus Suite was the perfect location for our Siesta Key stay. It's right across the street from the public beach access and one of the trolley stops which is super convenient. The pool is so nice and they have a whole outdoor shed with pool noodles, beach toys, coolers and umbrellas for you to use. We have 2 little kids so having the air mattress for one and the pack and play available to use for the other was perfect. Everything was really clean, the pictures are exactly what the unit looks like and the property manager was super helpful and responded to all of my communications immediately. I would gladly stay here again if we get another chance to come back to Siesta Key!

If you’re okay with a few minute walk to the beach this is perfect! We stayed over the 4th of July weekend (traffic was horrible) but because we were so close to the beach we walked everyday! When we first arrived it took some time to find our room because there was no signs from our parking spot showing where our room was located but we eventually found it. Due to there just being 1 air conditioning unit the bathroom would get hot but we just left the bathroom door open, which helped some. There were also little bugs around the bathroom sink, but nothing you wouldn't expect from being on the beach in Florida.

Listing matches ad, very nice location! We really enjoyed the pool and walkability. The suite worked for our needs. 15 minute walk to the main strip. We would be open to staying there again.

Great except for check-in
The location was very convenient for the beach. The unit was just the right size for an adult couple. Very nice pool and courtyard except the provided gas grill was barely working. Check-in was marred by being provided with the wrong code for the door to the unit and then it took over an hour for management to answer our repeated texts and phone calls to get the correct code.

Romantic Getaway!
We stayed in the Hibiscus Suite. It has creative closet spaces but is a beautiful little studio apartment. The pool and grounds were just gorgeous. We especially enjoyed the location as it is perfectly situated within walking distance of the beach and town. We highly recommend this place.

Great Location, Beautiful Pool and Terrific Management
The location of the unit is outstanding. It is in a quiet residential area yet only steps to the beach access and the main road. The assigned parking spot is great. The walk to the village is very easy and can be done on safe side streets viewing beautiful homes on the walk. The outside area is very relaxing with beautiful landscaping. The pool is very clean and nice and the fountain is soothing. The management team is extremely responsive and helpful. The unit and furnishings have some typical beach house wear and tear but all in all we think the unit is great.

Siesta Key get away
Loved the property, especially the lagoon pool with waterfall. Spent time sitting by the pool enjoying the sound of the waterfall in the quiet, private setting. The unit is conveniently located a block from the beach, and easy walking distance to the Village. We left the car parked and walked everywhere. Virginia and her daughter were very friendly and responded to all our needs. We have already booked a return stay.
