Nice and new hotel. Location wise is convenient enough to walk to the busy tourist district like susukino. Multiple car parks around even you decide not to park in the hotel. Price is reasonable.

ゴルフ旅行のために利用させていただきました。 毎年、中島公園周辺で探していますが、コインランドリーと大浴場があったので、今回、こちらに決めました。 部屋にいながらコインランドリーの利用状況がわかり、大浴場も混雑状況が確認できてとても便利でした。 部屋はそこまで広くないですが、綺麗で清潔でとても過ごしやすく、スタッフの方の対応も早いし、素晴らしかったです。

・客室内の風呂場が新築ホテルとは思えないくらいとても臭かった。風呂場の換気扇が弱いためと思われる。 ・洗面台の溢れ防止の水抜き穴が普通の角度から見てもわかるほど水垢で汚れて茶色になっていた。 ・洗面台の他に、客室内のトイレにも手洗い器があるが、その場所に石鹸やタオルが用意されておらず、使用できる状態ではなかった。
