First of all, I would like to state that; If you had been to an "all-inclusive" hotel like the hotels in the South region, you were 100% correct in your complaints. However, you have purchased a Half Board hotel, the services provided here are clearly written on the site you purchased, openly written on our official website and clearly written on the information form given to you when entering the hotel. In other words, according to the concept, only breakfast and dinner are included in the accommodation fee. And yet, unfortunately, I cannot understand your complaint. Everything else is extra and the choice of whether or not to consume extra is yours. We cannot be a genius in this. While no half-board hotel offers soft drinks for dinner, we offer 1 soft drink. While all hotels offer 1 bottle of water per person per day, we offer 2 bottles. Free water distribution is made during the day, has no specific time and will be placed in your room until 16.00 at the latest. Apart from that, you can get bottled water at any time, for a fee, in your minibar or other parts of the hotel. Fresh fruit juices are chargeable, as in all half-board hotels and even all-inclusive hotels. Squeezed orange juice is paid even in holiday villages where oranges are grown in their gardens in the south. If we give it for free, of course we will not sink, it is not the cost of the orange. Our capacity is 1100 people, just imagining that 1100 people want squeezed orange juice at the same time will give us the right. I have to form an orange squeezing team of at least 50 people, and even with this staff, we can only squeeze orange juice in 6 hours. In general, we are in a hurry of how we welcome our guests and how we make them happy, instead of how we receive extras from our guests, but if the content of the purchased product is fully understood by our valued guests, it is not possible to be happy that a very large number of our guests leave our Hotel happily and more than once. Odalarımız 32-37 m2 arasındadır ve standart olarak odalarımızda ya tek bir büyük yatak ya da 2 tek kişilik yatak bulunmaktadır.3.kişi için talep halinde konforlu bir extra yatak getirilmektedir.Bazı misafirlerimiz ,3.kişi için,oda hacmi daralacak diye extra yatak istememekte ,odada bulunan 3 kişilik kanapeyi kullanmayı tercih etmektedir.Bu konuyu misafirlerimizin tercihine bırakıyoruz ve tercihlerine göre davranıyoruz.Ancak Rezervasyon yapan acenta yetkisi zaman zaman sizleri yanlış bilgilendirmekte odada 3 normal yatak var demektedir.Bizim resmi web sitemizde ve hiçbir resmi mecramızda böyle bir taahhütümüz yoktur.Kısacası Acentanın yanlış bilgilendirmesi sizleri ve bizleri mağdur etmektedir. Spa ve outdoor aktivitelerinden ücretsiz olanlarda rezervasyona gerek yok ancak ücretlilerde önceden rezervasyon yaptırılıyor.Anladığımız kadarı ile siz geçen hafta sonu konakladınız ve sömestr ve hafta sonu nedeni ile otelimiz hayli yoğundu,randevu almakta güçlük yaşamış olabilirsiniz,özür dileriz.Bu yoğunluk yılda 1 veya 2 kez yaşanır ki maalesef biri size denk gelmiş. Otel misafirlerinin %90 dan fazlası maske kuralına uymaktadır.Bu insani bir sorumluluktur.Bizim görevimiz sadece uyarıda bulunmaktadır ki bulunuyoruz ve maalesef hakaretle karşılaştığımız durumlar olmaktadır.Sonuç olarak biz kolluk kuvveti değiliz,sadece uyarı yapabiliyoruz. Otelimiz kaç bin kişilik değil sadece 500 odalık bir oteldir.Yani kapasite max 1000 kişidir.Hizmet gün ve saatleri dışında Bonfireda başkaca bir servis olmamaktadır.Bonfire da koltukların dışında ayakta kokteyl masaları da mevcuttur.Limon konusunda haklısınız,daha dikkat edilecektir.
