"Staff were lovely, very helpful, polite, and attentive. The hotel main reception, bar, dining room were excellent, and very clean. The rooms were lovely and all the facilities you could want - air con (a little noisy but powerful),was very good, although a little tired in places. All and all great hotel and location (about 5 mins in a taxi to La Rambla €7.50). "

"It was overall a very good experience with our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to checked in our luggages prior to our check-in time and we also got our room early. The room is spacious and clean. A couple items can be improved would be the shower floor is very slippery and the basin sink has an awful smell from the drain."
