1-They forgot to put towel in bath room 2-a lot of ants in the bath room and on the bed. 3-I was at the 4 th floors and with no elevator 4-WiFi at the 4 th floor didn’t work most the time.

Worst hotel experience in Santiago
I payed full price online and then rudely was asked to pay more for the room since apparently the price advertised on Expedia wasn’t enough and didn’t include taxes. The manager threaten calling the police and not allowed me leaving the hotel until paying the made up charge. Then when I agreed to pay, they also charged me a made up tax on top of the already taxed amount agreed upon. They made me so late that I lost my flight, having to pay extra to catch the next available flight, and losing my connection in Panama making me spent an extra night there. Terrible experience, evil vile people.

Outstanding Staff and pretty good hotel
I'm still amaze by the incredible staff they have, the two receptionists a colombian and an haitian were so extremely nice, also a venezuelan girl, i stayed at the hotel with my 1 year old son and they where all eager to help, i will definitely staying there again when i go back to santiago, one of the big pluses is the ballet parking system they have and the breakfast is simple but really good

Dirty, noisy, i had 8th floor and the hotel has no elevator. No cable TV, NO AC, and so on and on and on

Friendly and helpful staff; well-located
The hotel has been recently remodeled and is very modern. The rooms are large and very comfortable. It's just a five minute walk to the metro and from there you can go to most any place in the city - very convenient. Wi-fi is great. Breakfast could be a bit better. The helpful and friendly staff gave lots of assistance to first-time visitors to Santiago. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was basic but had everything we needed
Hotel was basic but had everything we needed for a quick stay in Santiago. 10min drive (25min walk) to busy nightlife area. When getting a minibus from the airport, the driver didn't know the hotel by name. But I showed him on a map and he was fine to get us there. Staff were all very helpful. Some had very good English, others had broken English, but all tried hard to assist us with our questions. Breakfast included fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, variety of juices, sliced meat and cheeses, etc.

good location, extremely friendly staff
hotel staff extremely helpful, it is very close to the subway (metro Santa Lucia) the hotel was going through some renovations during April 2015 ( painting + maintenance) but it did not bothered me and the maintenance people had good salsa music as well.

Nice hotel just south of central city
Very pleasant hotel staff, there was always someone there who spoke English so that was a big help. Right next to Santa Isabel subway station. The room is slightly dated, however I noticed they were renovating some of the downstairs tile so that seems headed in the right direction. Rooms are comfortable, maybe a little noisy but all in all fine. About a 20 minute walk from university and nightlife therein.

Great location but a bit noisy
I booked this hotel about a year in advance and was a bit hesitant more recently after some of the reviews. We stayed 1 night at the Hotel Victoria Oriente Express and found the room was clean and tidy. The hotel is in a handy location but caused a lot of confusion with the taxi driver as the building is labelled "Prince Hotel" from the outside. They were strict on the 2pm checkin time and there is no safe in the room. The staff didn't speak English but were friendly enough and were patient with our lack of Spanish. We had no problems with the wifi in the room but we also had a bunch of people camped outside our door for hours so perhaps we were near the best signal. Having about 10 people outside our room laughing, talking and playing music was loud and annoying but it was during the day so unless you're jetlagged like we were and in need of some sleep it wouldn't normally be a problem.

Very disappointing, deceptive and misleading
The hotel actually trades two names, one of which (Prince hotel) trades as a by the hour hotel. The description was at best grossly inaccurate or at worst a deliberate deception. The basic facilities were lacking (broken toilet) and general cleanliness was poor (dirt and hair in beds). We were simply unwilling to stay the full extend of our booked time. A discussion with management was met with a promise to " most likely" issue a refund. To date I have not received any correspondence from the hotel and attempts by us to contact the hotel to resolve the issue were ignored. This hotel is a poor indictment on Hotels.com choices in their provider network.

Basic, but OK, and convenient location
Small. family run operation. Breakfast very basic, orange drink and half toasted bread with some jam packages. No breakfast room, so its room service with either coffee or tea. But the internet works fine, its a block from the metro and green belt for walking, so in general OK

Bueno, bonito y si está en oferta, conveniente.
En general, bien, pero no les recomiendo la habitación 61, en la cual me hospedé, ya que no tiene frigobar (como indicaron) y funciona 1 enchufe de los 4 que posee. Me parece poco prolija la revisión que se hace a la habitación antes de entregar y prometer servicios que realmente no tiene.

La peor experiencia que he tenido. Muy amateurs, todo improvisado, pésima gestión, se complican y hacer que el pasajero resuelva los problemas. No tienen estacionamiento para los pasajeros y los que tienen indican que es para la Dueña .... Impresentable la atención

Muito bom esse hotel. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Transfer para o aeroporto disponível, mediante pagamento (20.000 pesos) com um motorista muito educado. Restaurante muito aconchegante e ótima comida.

Partió mal con la necesidad de pagar el impuesto, ya que no aparece tan explícito al hacer la reserva, espacios pequeños de desplazamiento al interior del hotel, habían lavado la alfombra de las escala y se colocó sabanas que podrían haber provocado un accidente

O apartamento é pequeno, porém bem confortável. Na descrição do hotel não localizei nenhuma informação sobre ter ou não elevador, em caso de ir com idosos e/ou crianças, não aconselho. Café da manhã bem simples, mas satisfatório. Um detalhe, mesmo estando frio, solicitei gelo e em nenhum dos dois dias, o hotel disponibilizou.

Hotel con cucarachas
Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no había habitación en el hotel y nos derivaron a un apart hotel de la misma cadena. Cuando llegamos, todas las cocheras estaban ocupadas y tuvimos que llevar el auto nuevamente al hotel. cuando nos mostraron la habitación, habían cucarachas, no andaba el wi fi y nos prepararon el desayuno para dos y nosotros eramos tres personas.No lo recomiendo.

O hotel tem uma boa aparência, mas a localização não é muito boa, fica há +/- dois quilômetros e meio de distancia de restaurantes e pontos interessantes , o café da manhã é ruim (a ponto de um dia não ter quase nada para comer), o suco é de pacote (pozinho artificial), os atendentes descomprometidos e muito pouco solícitos , não tem elevador e é você quem tem que carregar suas malas, o wi-fi não pega nos quartos mais altos.

El hotel no es feo pero no cuenta con buenos sservicios. No hay ascensor x lo q tuve q subir 4 pisos x las escaleras. La habitacion era comoda sin frigobar ni caja de seguridad. El agua caliente no llegaba al piso 4 donde me hospede. La resolucion de este inconveniente nunca llego. No hay personas q Yuden a subir el equipaje si bien aon muy amables en la atencion.la limpiez era buena

Hotel barato com localização ok não excelente
Um hotel barato mas não compensa o calor pago pois diversas vezes tiveram problemas com energia e água quente, ou seja, diversas vezes o ar condicionado não funcionava e não tinha água e quanto tinha não era água quente. E mesmo pedindo ajuda ou solução fica a desejar o atendimento, só dão a opção de aceitar isso é esperar normalizar, pronto, problema seu se aconteceu contigo. Se fosse apenas as 1xe explicassem o ocorrido informar que estão trabalhando, mas nem isso. Atendimento na recepção poderia ser melhor, falta boa vontade. Só há na hora de vender passeios q são caríssimos, tem opções mãos baratas se procurar. O café da manhã é muito simples, não espere diversidade, claro hotel simples.

Decepção, chegamos tarde para o checkin, cansados da viagem, o nosso quarto estava a 7 lances de escada, sem elevador. Subimos com 3 malas grandes sozinhos, sem ajuda de ninguém do hotel, ficaram apenas olhando. A vista do quarto dava para uma área horrível, com telhados de amianto e tudo mais. Quarto frio e aquecedor não funcionava, controle do ar sem pilha. Saímos para comer algo e quando voltamos a portaria estava fechada com correntes, parece brincadeira mas é verdade. Tivemos q chamar alto para alguém abrir, e qdo ouviram tivemos q passado pelo portão da garagem.

Muy MALA política de atención.
Te cobran el TOTALL del alojamiento POR ADELANTADO. Sin siquiera haber visto la habitación. De hecho había reservado una cama 2 plazas matrimonial y me dieron una habitación con 2 camas individuales. El resto de las instalaciones está bien.

Hotel limpo e preço honesto
No meu primeiro dia não tinha água quente no banheiro, mas aí troquei de quarto e ficou tudo bem... os recepcionistas não são muito atenciosos, e o café da manhã é bem fraquinho. Mas, fica muito próximo do metrô e a relação custo beneficio valeu a pena, recomendo sim. Ah, não tem elevador ...
