Hola Miguel, su caso fue abordado de inmediato cuando nos llegó su comentario, y se debió a un error de asignación de departamento, ya que estaba siendo reparado y los maestros dejaron comida en el departamento que provocó eso insectos, sin embargo, nuestros departamentos se fumigan periódicamente después de cada estadía, y es por eso que tenemos ya 13 años operando desde que se inauguró esta torre de departamentos. En relación al item seguridad, debo coemntarle que este es muy destacado en nuestro edificio, con control de acceso, Caseta de Conserjería al ingreso, cámaras de seguridad, códigos de puertas entre otros, pero ese día erroóneamente la persona encargada de Mucamas se confundió con el listado de estadías, y fue a su departamento creyendo que estaba vacío . Le pedimos todas las disculpas del caso y esto es un hecho aislado y se habló con el personal al respecto. Saluda cordialmente
