Dear MariaThanks for your comments. We do not have TV in the rooms, but we do have a Tv room available for all of our guests. Not all of our rooms have a microwave, just the bigger ones.

Im so sorry that you had a bad experience staying with us. The cleaning of rooms is Monday to Saturday, on Sunday we only take out the garbage and give you new towels or change the sheets if necessaryCheck out is at 11 am, if you want to stay until later, we offer two options: The first one is that you put your luggage in the TV room and stay all day in the hotel for free. The second option is that you pay half a day if you want to stay after check out hour in the room.About the water that was charged to you, if you didnt ask for the water bottles, you should of let us know and we wouldnt of charge you.We hope to have you stay with us again and give us the chance to provide a better service.

Dear Brent I´m sorry you had such a terrible experience staying with us. I wish you had told us about all the drawbacks so we could of done something about it. Lilac is a small unit, this is why it is cheaper than other units.

I´m sorry you had such a terrible experience staying with us. Lilac, the room where you stayed at, is in the back next to the laundry and parking lot, this is why it is more economic than other units. We already fumigated because of the ants, we didn´t see any cockroaches. I went to check the AC and it is working fine, this is a new unit and the AC is just three months old, it is working perfectly.
