"Staff was wonderful. Disappointed their Michelin restaurant and the rooftop was closed for renovations. That was the big reason we chose this hotel. Pools were nice. Turkish bath was nice to use after a long day of exploring Rome. Overall it was good. The restaurant at the hotel was overpriced and not a great meal. Better to go out for dinner. "

"We booked this hotel last minute on our travel back to France from Venice and we are SO happy we found it. The staff were wonderful and attentive and helpful. The terrace and pool was lovely with a gorgeous view of the sea and a small gym. The morning breakfast was beautiful and generous and the garden patio we sat in was beautiful. We wish we could stay longer but will absolutely be back. Thank you to the staff for hosting us and making this stay so memorable and relaxing. Highly recommend....

"The hotel is in a great location, and we loved the size of the property. It’s a wonderfully designed space with super friendly staff, and cool overall vibe. The rooftop deck is especially relaxing, and Paola at the front desk is a wealth of knowledge about the many restaurants to choose from in Santa Margherita Ligure. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back one day. "

"First time staying at the Hotel and was pleasantly surprised with everything, whilst it is typically Italian in design/furniture it has a lovely terrace..the pool/beach area is lovely with its own bar/restaurant which has great service...the town is a ten minute walk where there are lots of nice restaurants/shops/bars...all the staff are very friendly and attentive..I can't find anything to fault! I would definatley go back"

"Stay was perfect. Minutes away from the train station and close to the main part of SML. The room was a bit small but still great with a view of the ocean. Grounds were well kept and the Spa facilities were a hit. To top off the nice experience was the friendly & helpful staff. "

"The staff at this property was amazing!! We travelled with our son and his family of 5. Children ranging 7mths to 4 years old. Antonio the waiter and Luigina the maître d’ went above and beyond to ensure that the children ate what they wanted (not on menu) and were so helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough positive things about this property! Highly recommend it! "

"Nice bright decor. Clean room, firm bed and firm pillows which I like. Hotel is 5 mins walk to ferry point and 3 mins to a really good Gelato Centrale. Construction outside hotel makes parking quite challenging but hotel staff parked our car for us at a private carpark."
