Great place for diverse groups
"Quiet little town and neighborhood which was great for a relaxing vacation. The other attractions were still doable for us. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"Great location, property is well kept and the little details were appreciated!! USB ports and docking stations for our electronics, chips and water when we arrived, games, beach equip and the list goes on. The house and pool are beautiful and the location was perfect for us!"

"We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!"

Feb 17, 2019The houses are unique. The people are nice. They drive crazy there but, they make it work and font seem to get angry.
