"We enjoyed our stay. The hut is well equipped and had the weather been warmer we could have benifitted from the outside space. We felt they needed to think about slightly better storage and the couch/ bunk beds were probably six inches too high for comfort. The fold away table was also poor although it served a purpose. The hut had a slightly tired feel and would benefit from some upgrading - television for example."

"We had a wonderful Christmas in the charming Shepherds hut whilst visiting family near by. We brought our slow cooker with us and managed to make make a Christmas dinner in the well equipped kitchen. Toasting marshmallows on Christmas Eve was a highlight!"

Lorna and Neil are perfect hosts giving privacy to enjoy the space also very knowledgeable of local history and great recommendations for places to see and local produce. Amazingly comfortable bed, beautiful decor and organic bathroom products, can’t recommend this place highly enough, hope to retire in the future."

"We had a fantastic stay at The Cabin; Chris and Anna are wonderful hosts, it was lovely to meet them. Chris was extremely helpful, especially when offering unprompted suggestions for alternative activities when our plans were affected by extreme weather on the Saturday. The Cabin itself is terrific accommodation, everything was clean, well equipped and presented very well indeed. "On arrival we found milk in the fridge, and biscuits on the table which was a nice touch. There was emergency contact details on the fridge, and wifi details. Well appointed property, close to Shanklin Chine, beach, amusements, restaurants, chippy and crazy golf. The property was very clean, (and this is from someone who is OCD about cleanliness), and well equipped. If I was to suggest one improvement, it would be useful to have a top cupboard in the kitchen for food storage. The only downside...

"It really is a very cosy and inviting yurt, with wonderfully eclectic decor. The owner made me feel very welcome, and it was fun to sit on the boardwalk in front of the yurt and listen to curlews. It is a short walk into the village for provisions, and there is a bus stop just a few metres' walk away. The road behind the yurt is a little busy in 'rush hour', but the position makes up for it. I haven't been to the island since I was a moody adolescent. It's lovely, full of variety."
