Excellent. Very clean and welcoming, the rooms were perfect for a couples vacation. Highly recommend staying here, not too touristy but still walkable to some local areas, ubers aren’t too expensive either. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

I absolutely loved it. Bedding and towels were awesome as well us the use of technology at the property, impressive. Seems to be an area where new investment dollars are being targeted. Good to see such an important area, ie Condado adjacent (short driving distance) being revitalised. Newly renovated and front desk staff excellent, great use of the space. It is perfect for persons who travels light. Sharing one suggestion, to find a solution for water which sprinkles outside of the shower stall when showering.

It was very clean and appeared to be new it was very easy to uber wherever we wished and close to a great restaurant....Abracadabra and a nice food truck park...lote 23 very basic but considering the other places I had stayed in San Juan in previous visits the Looking glass was very nice!

Property is a very nice upgraded historic building in an urban neighborhood that appears to be going through a renewal. Lots of historic buildings in disrepair and construction underway....which is why I gave 3 stars ( average). This is not a walkable tourist spot, but close enough for driving and there appears to be a robust bus system. Parking and driving are what you'd expect for a large city.

This place was a great option especially for the price. There are a lot of places that are much more expensive and are poorly kept. We loved the style of the place, and they are still working on construction to improve certain areas, which was great to see. The location is not too bad as you can walk to places but not as convenient for tourists as other areas like Condado or old town but easy for Ubering & close to airport. If you're just looking for a good place to sleep, this is definitely a great option & you're supporting local. However, if you're looking for a more upgraded hotel with things like a hair dryer, fridge/microwave, toothpaste, closet, etc., this might not be the place for you but this could change in the future as the place builds out more. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed :)

I was impressed that a small issue I had was resolved with kindness and care. The room was nice and clean, good hot shower, excellent AC, TV. The bedding was fabulous, smelled so fresh and was very luxurious and comfortable.

The hotel was better than I expected - the only thing is the neighborhood . Everything is closed down on that street so transportation is a must. The place is as very clean and super comfy boutique style. I paid a bit more as it was a last minute booking so booked in advance and will be worth it. No elevator so don’t bring a lot of luggage.

Good place to stay for one night only. It's more of an rb&b rather than a hotel. There is no-one on the property after 10pm so if you arrive late from the airport, you are given a special access code, both to enter the building and your room, The rooms are a size of the matchbox, clean with comfy beds, but there is no elevator in the building and no-one to help you out with carrying heavy suitcases.

There were crazy people screaming bloody murder in the middle of the night. Other than the fact that someone was being assaulted, the stay was pleasant. Very nice hotel.

The hotel is okay for an overnight stay and the room was clean but small. Guest service is not available after 10 pm and in the mornings. The street parking is limited. I probably will not stay here again because they don't serve breakfast and there wasn't much of a choice of restaurants in the area for my taste.
