My boyfriend and I visited from Florida and we loved it! Casa wilson is very conveniently located, you're within a 10 minute drive of all the need-to-see spots! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the free breakfast is cooked to order and tastes great! We will definitely stay again next time we come to PR!

We loved Casa Wilson. We had a large party of 14 people & pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. The free breakfast was amazing & so good. The staff was so helpful and accommodating as our flights got delayed and we were able to leave our bags in the hotel after checkout. It is super close to the night life we loved it. Thank you so much!

This was a charming inn. The staff were helpful and very kind. The breakfast was filling and a great value, the pool was clean and serene. However the ceiling fan wobbled a bit and the bathroom really could use a deep cleaning. Overall a nice stay but could use some extra cleaning.

Cold water in the shower took 2 cold showers. They moved my room and my belongings without my permission because they “put me int he wrong room”. Staff didn’t come in to my room to help with water temperature. People above me were stomping so loud I couldn’t sleep.

You can easily hear footsteps and noise from other rooms. The only attentive staff member was the lady at breakfast. The two front desk attendants, one at night and the other in the morning, were completely inattentive. So, don't expect to receive 4-star, or even 3-star, treatment. On the other hand, the room and bathroom were clean. There were no locks, no closet, only a bed, a TV, a tiny desk, and a bathroom. On the other hand, it was advertised as having parking, which is why I chose it. However, this was far from the truth; there was no on-property parking. I had to find a spot in the area. Although I would have appreciated some attention and good service, for one night it was perfectly fine for me.

This hotel was very dirty noisy and super small. However, the staff was amazing. There is no parking nearby whatsoever. The pool is also super small. It looks like more of a hot tub😂the power went out. They did have a back up generator, but even it kept going out. We will not be back at this hotel

San Juan B&B. Most rooms are on the 2nd floor with no elevator and the "pool" is a 12x12 hot tub. No phone in the room but was told maybe next upgrade it might get one so had to walk down the 20 stairs to speak to someone. The young lady that works the desk is excellent. Unfortunately she does not make up for all the negatives.

The two ladies preparing breakfast and cleaning rooms were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and much appreciated. Rooms are charming although could use some updates. No handles on the drawers.
