Good staff member, clean and quiet area. Far from good eating area. Good breakfast choices Can improve their bedding’s and pillows. Too soft and old. Staff memeber were attentive and accommodating, response time is fast.

The included continental breakfast was a great convenience, offering a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the presence of electric car charging ports made it easy for me to charge my EV rental right on the property. The onsite laundry room was another appreciated feature. Overall, highly recommend

I booked this hotel for my birthday trip and unfortunately the room i was given had cockroaches in the kitchen area. I was disappointed of course, especially since I had stayed there before and never encountered this. I went back to the lobby and showed the receptionist a video of my findings and she was able to give me a new room. It was inconvenient for me because I had brought so much stuff that i needed to carry but im glad she was able to help in an efficient manner. It would have been nice to have been given a partial refund or even a slight discount.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, nice staff. I will not return for one reason - guest room windows cannot be opened and you cannot get fresh air in the room. The formaldehyde fumes from the new carpet and furniture are trapped inside.

Happy with the stay. Only negative was the car stolen from the lot (thankfully not ours!) could happen anywhere though, and signs EVERYWHERE in SF advising to keep valuables out of sight and car locked. Breakfast was tasty, staff friendly. Easily accessible. Not within walking distance to anything but embassy suite for dinner, though that was excellent.

Parking is $25.00 plus tax; There’s no airport shuttle service. Kitchen is not a cooking kitchen, just washing and microwave; refrigerator is noisy.

only thing i didnt like was the Parking fee, even though there were plenty of signs in the parking lot letting customers know that the Hotel would not be responsible for theft or damage. what is the parking fee for then? everything alse was great, the service, breakfast, the rooms.

Hotel was very clean and smelled fresh all around. Parking was pretty scarce, specially handicap parking spots . Breakfast buffet was very poor . The lines were long and there were not many choices. They served your plate and the only two options for the main breakfast was a pre made omelette and sausage links . They would only serve one small serving of omelette and two small sausage links. One of the worst breakfast buffets I’ve been to from all the different hotels I’ve stayed at .
