Everything was great except for the fact that there pool was not open due to construction but did not let anyone know on their website that it was down. If I had know I would not have stayed there because my kids were really looking forward to going swimming

The staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The elevator always had issues. Either didn't work or would get stuck on a floor. Super inconvenient as we were on the 3rd floor and had a baby stroller that we had to carry down a few times when the elevator didn't work.

Great staff, from housekeeping to front desk. Convenient location, with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Have stayed before and will stay again when we’re in the area.

Our stay was wonderful. Check-in was fast and the employee at the front desk was very kind. The room was very nice with a microwave and fridge which is always a necessity for me. It was close distance to 3 restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

The front office staff were lovely. Room service staff entered my room after 4 reminders and a do not disturb on the door.

Love that the hotel is in the middle of all the shopping and dining options. Easily walkable. Only 5 ish minutes from sea world. Convenient for most everything. Just sad the pool isnt open yet.

It was a nice area except for the sealed rooms under construction. Maybe more elevators would be nice.

Check in and check out was very quick which I highly appreciate especially because of my special needs child. Room was clean and we had all the necessities. I wish they had a smart TV. Only option they had was to connect your device with HDMI cable to stream.

Location to Pechanga theater is awesome and walking distance. We stayed in building A and both elevators were broken and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We had no hot water for our shower. When I asked the staff to fix they suggested we use an unoccupied room to shower.

The property had some construction so we noticed some areas that were not up to date in our room like the bathroom door and the parking. But overall a nice convenient stay!

Bed and bed sheets smells. You could tell the place is dirty. The sink is clogged. I did not sleep coz the bed feels icky.

First I paid Expedia for the property stay and now the hotel has charged my credit card again. I called to fix it and was told call my bank. Why should I have to deal with it when it’s there mistake. No bath towels the night before my leave and the side tables were never washed off.

The room was nice and updated. There was a Panera on site. Perfect location. Only negative thing was that we could hear EVERYTHING. The traffic, people outside so if your a light sleeper id take easy plugs
