The room was not super clean (handprints on mirror, dirty floor) and the photo frame wasn’t on the wall but had fallen down. There was no space to park in the garage so I had to park on the street.

The Room smells so bad, wasn’t clean, no blanket pillow dirty with no cover, toilet towel wasn’t clean customer support is the worst ever office clerk was screaming on one of the employees, and he was ignoring the customer kept ring the bell and still i had to wait not recommended at all, if i can give -5 I will do

Parking lot is tiny. There were someone else's clothes in my room when I walked in. When I told the staff they first said they'd have the person(owner of the clothes who'd changed rooms) come by later and get them. I had them come up and get the clothes and requested new towels. I requested the room to be cleaned again but it wasn't so I wiped down the room myself with Clorox wipes. The facility is dilapidated. My colleagues room smelled heavily of cigarettes smoke despite being a non smoking room. Lastly, while their, some other guests tried walking into my room because the front desk booked my room again. When they were given a different room, they walked in and walked right out. Their room was worse than mine.

The room smell like smoke the whole time, there were little bugs around. The hotel say no smoking and there were cigarette buds right under the board. The building is sketchy, the parking lot is too congested i was always worried if someone will bump in my car. The street parking felt more safe then the basement parking. I will never recommend anyone this hotel, better spend a little more money and get a better place. The place doesn’t even look like close to the pictures they posted.

When we got in our room, the bathtub was full of debris from back up, the towels were dirty, and the bedding looked slept on. The room was very dirty and totally unacceptable. Do not recommend.

Great location, walking to many restaurants, etc. unfortunately the room was not what I expected. Missing lightbulbs, Bare walls, ripped and old sofa, no lobby and no coffee. It was hard to contact someone at the desk.
