I am a returning customer due to the great experience the last time. Unfortunately, this time around, the sheets on the bed were dirty, had hair and blood stained. There front desk clerk apologized and did all he could to make it right. He got us clean sheets and replaced the dirty sheets.

I have always stayed at Best Westerns. The older Indian guy sucked at customer service. He would not manually enter my husbands card. He would have rather my daughter, and I slept in the car. We were over six hours away from home. He told me that I could not use my card on file. Rather than putting my card on file he charged me a $100 fee for incidentals. My card has always been put on file for those circumstances, never charged. I’m taking that last star rating away, and they now are a zero. My room was supposed to have had a tub, and shower. It only had a shower. The locks also sucked. There was only one turn lock inside. I had to put pressure on the door just to get it to lock. The latch didn’t want to even keep the door shut.
