We stayed in the motel area on the first level. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, a large TV with regular channels and other good amenities in the room like coffee maker and mini-fridge. We used the spa and lobby in the main hotel and is all good, nice seating areas around lobby with a beautiful fireplace. The only thing we disliked was the heater running in the room constantly. It was end of April and heater should have been off; it made the room extremely hot, specially at night. We had to put the AC at 60 degrees to counteract the heat (heater is radiator type and has a cover around so we could not turn it off).

Bathroom ventilation not working which makes showering and doing the toilet business terrible. The entire room needs better ventilation, everything else was okay.

I dont like that the room doesn't have enough ventilation especially the bathroom, the ventilation in there does not work making showering and doing the business terrible

The room was fine. The pillows were very flat, though. The problem was the broken exit gate. It stayed broken throughout our two day stay. Cars lined up and couldn’t get out and had to call for help, which was not fast. The staff must have known but did not post a sign or leave the exit gate open!

This place was great and clean and the rooms were very nice. I was not aware of the daily parking fee when I booked, and it kind of sucked considering on Friday and Saturday there was virtually nowhere to park and we had to park pretty far away from our room, but aside from that one thing everything else was great

We were upgraded to a suite upon check-in and although we were only there one night, we enjoyed our stay and the wonderful view from our upper floor windows/balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer! Our only minor issue was the bathtub drain was VERY slow and basically didn't drain at all until you turned the water off and waited.

Little America was a great location for us and near the UTA Trax system which we used to go to the airport ($2.50 and 15 minute ride). The coffee shop was under construction but the hotel discounted the buffet breakfast. Staff was super accommodating. Would stay here again.

Everything was great. when we checked in we were told they no longer had a King room which is what we booked on Expedia and were offered an upgrade to a much larger room with 2 queens. It may be better to book through them directly to get the room you want. The hotel is really nice!!!

It was nice hotel. We stayed in the motel side. The room was clean. Something’s we didn’t like were the AC unit was too loud. And the sink faucet leaked and tub filled up.

The front desk staff were so lovely. The maintenance tech in the parking garage was extremely helpful and nice to help us understand where to park and checkin as it was a bit confusing.

Overall, the grounds and room were clean and well kept. Unfortunately, the pool and sauna were closed for renovations while we were there. Little America should have disclosed this on their website. We stayed in the Motel Courtside One King Bed room. The air conditioner was loud and couldn't cool the room. We stayed in April, so I can't imagine how hot the room will be come summer… The water temperature fluctuated wildly while showering from scalding to cold, so clearly that needs to be repaired. Pretty unpleasant way to start the day. Otherwise, the room was nice and place was quiet.

The hotel property occupies a whole block, next to 4 corner busy street. The room has no sound dumping barriers and you can hear cars, trucks, buses and people walking and talking on the street and side walks.

This is the third time we stayed at Little America but our most recent stay was not that good. The room was very outdated and had very bad smell. On the first day the bath/shower did not work and the repair person did not come and fix it. The second day the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. Thankfully the third day we were moved to another room.
